    Day 37 on cycle UPDATE

    boxa that work out is killer going to follow it from now on, i am f**cked, didnt take clen today cos i had a job interview and didnt want the shakes but made no difference lol, but on a positive it made enough difference to take a few pics so here goes. only 5kgs to drop to my target weight

    I'm glad you like it! I'm doing the same myself for 3 weeks.. If you want throw in some pwo slow cardio for 20mins and don't even worry about the hiit session. This sort of weight training is hardcore hiit! Well done with the progress

    Wha do you think is thé most effective for your results... Which i think are very good!!! Diet? Cardio ? Testo? T3? Clen ?
    Last year i tried t3 75mg and clen 100 mcg but nothing do good. No side effets like heat or shaking. Should try again maybe my cardio was not enough or my diet not strict enough too.

    weighing 80.9kg today still have a sore lump behind and to the right of my right nipple have done 0.5 ed adex last 3 days and today i took 20mg nolvadex to help bring it under control, Will do this daily until sorted.

    diet most important, im learning that without this the other stuff is a waste of money and time. To be honest the last week and a half ive done no cardio at all, the clen has my heart racing so much that i dont see the point of doing it, besides i dont want to over do the stress on my heart.

    from what you say your gear was no good as you know your on clen when you take it cos you get the shakes etc

    hey boxa nah no training weekends and on sunday i eat macdonalds hungry jacks etc for every meal except breakfast to load up calories.
    No cardio this week either i put it down to good diet, the clen and your training routine im doing. Thanks again

    lol yeah i need to to keep my sanity + you cant starve yourself of all the treats you love so i like to have a cheat day once a week as a reward for the hard work put in that week

    quick update, down to 79.9kg today. my lump in my right nipple is still their and feels bigger, upped adex to .75 today and yesterday along with 40mg nolva daily last 3 days as meds im on reduce its effectiveness but no reduction yet, will run 1mg tommorow and for remainder of the cycle. I hope once i start pct in two weeks its cleared up but if not my pct is torem and nolva so hopfully it clears it up or I will order some letro and run it after pct.

    Hey bro do a search on this as I'm not 100% sure but I remember reading that taking nolva with adex will reduce the effectiveness of I think the adex. It may be counter productive but double check! I'd just stick to 1g adex if you find this is correct.

    lol you know what, for lunch on sunday i had a chicken wrap with extra chicken and heavy mayo from hungry jacks, an up n go at the beach then hamburger with the lot for dinner and shake b4 bed and i weighed the same at bed time as what i did when i got up. so was happy with that.

    Day 46 on cycle UPDATE

    Weighing 79.8kg / 175lbs.

    Only problem is im leaning out but the stubborn fat around my lower abs and back is just not shifting, I wonder if water could be part to blame as im still on dbol 30mg daily. Also i seem more bloated even tho I am leaner, my abs show more in the older pics in my opinion

    Haven't put on much muscle at all on this cycle just cut fat. Wasn't expecting anything on such a calorie deficit. l got approx 4kgs to loose but maybe might need to drop down further prior to doing my lean bulk.

    12 days left until cycle is over. Pics taken today below

    Day 46 on cycle UPDATE

    Weighed in this morning at 78.8kg, feeling good but looking flat, getting awsome pumps in the gym and look much bigger when pumped but then once i loose that pump i feel and look flat. either way happy with the results thus far as im priming for my lean bulk cycle.

    clen at 40mcg have had no reason to increase as this batch i have is the bomb i suspect maybe slighly overdosed, t3 tapering down phase at 60mcg n tommorw will drop it to 40mcg. Pins are so easy now they have just become part of the routine and are effortless, if i had more prop i could easily run prop only for another 8 weeks happily

    anyways one week and a bit left on this cycle will get some pics up next week

    Day 53 on cycle UPDATE
    Only 2 pins left until this cycle is over, weight is 78.6kg, dropped the dbol last week to aid recovery of lump behind nipple. adex 1mg daily, clen @ 60mcg, t3 at 20mcg tapering down. Will run clen for first 3 weeks of pct to aid in keeping gains and to bring more fat off if possible.
