    8week PROP CYCLE

    age 25
    height 5 11ft
    weight 193lb
    BF around 14%? (have upper abs showing sligthly)
    been lifting seroiusly for past four years getting workouts and diet dialed in
    max bench 300lb

    i will be starting a 8 week long test prop cycle 1/9/12. i would like to lean out alittle bit getting more defined abs but mainly put on as much mass as possible

    my cycle will look like this
    test prop 100mg EOD 1-8 weeks
    HCG 250ius twice a week 2-8 weeks
    clomid 100/50/50 8-11 weeks
    nolva 40/40/20/20/20 8-12 weeks
    igf 40ius PWO 12-16 weeks

    feel free to critique! like i said hoping to put on 15-20lbs but would also like to cut some fat to get better abs. i have cut body fat down to around 12% before last summer naturaly with around 15 to 20min of cardio 3 or 4 days a week and good diet but without cardio or a clean diet i sit at about 14% naturally. open to any suggestions! will try posting pics asap

    thanks man how far along are you in the cycle? what kinda gains? and i am goin to try gettin some pics up in next couple days gotta pretty tight schedule

    pinned right quad earlier did it super slow made it last about 3 min. feels pretty good so far hopefully i can walk tomorrow tho lol.
    weighted 193lb before started workout

    flat bench 265 4x4
    incline barbell 80 3x12
    decline barbell 80 3x12
    cable flys 50 3x12
    ran 2.25 miles 20 min

    bis and back workouts same as usual
    quad was a little sore today but not unbarable. not as bad as i thought it was gonna be. made my cardio at the end of my workout a little tougher but got threw it. will prolly pin left glute tomorrow so my quads arent to sore for my leg workouts friday

    finally got some pics! been super busy lately but i took these monday. at 193lbs in these photos maybe 14-15% bf?
    pinned left glute yesterday feels really good not as sore as quad was. quad soreness is goin away but wasnt all that bad to begin with had no trouble walking or running.
    cardio after my ab workout was good yesterday but today started crampin up in my calves. dont think my legs can keep up to this much cardio just yet. but dont really feel any changes do to my gear yet i know prop takes a couple days tho. plan on pinnin my left quad tomorrow before my leg workout

    decided to make this cycle a sololy bulking cycle and made a some adjustments to my diet. my tdee is rigth around 3100 cals so gonna bump that up 500 cals to try puttin on weight as much as i can. hopefully the cardio will keep my lean and maybe shed a few fat pounds off

    pinned my right quad for the second time yesterday can barely even tell.
    goin to start my HGC today (a week earlier than planned) do to some advice that it would stay good the full length of the cycle so might as well use it

    jumped on the scale today before my workout and up to 200lbs! pumps are great all lifts are goin up. bench was up five pounds from last week and close grip press up five pounds. my cardio has sucked this week. gettin back calf cramps and shin splints. also gettin lower back cramps as if i was super dehydrated dunno whats goin on. i put down about a gallon to gallon and a half everyday gonna try puttin down more see if it helps.

    maybe overtraining not sure, i used to get shin splints etc when i used to push myself too much, maybe back off on the muscles that are effected untill the pain goes. glad to see your putting on some size, loo forward to seeing the end result

    yeah i cut back to 15 min of cardio everyday for this week hopin i just overworked a little and need some more rest. i posted in the anabolic forum askin if this could be cause from the test dehyrdrating me even tho im not taking any orals but they suggsted taking tuarine before workout should help so i plan on tryin that this week if things dont go any better

    begining of the third week into my cycle and seein awesome strenght gains! bench is up 20lbs already did 4x4 285lbs yesterday. pumps increased from last week too. my bicep pumps make it hard to bend my arms to run lol love it. hcg seems to be keepin my balls in check to. havent noticed them decreasing in size yet which is somethiin i was alittle worried about. so far no sides at all either dont wanna speak to soon tho

    heres a pic halfway into the third week of my cycle. wieghed myself yesterday i was 201lb so about 8lbs gained since i started i dont really feel like it shows tho maybe alot of its in my legs. i think my bf% has definetly decreased alittle so gonna keep eatin super clean and keep up the cardio seems to working considering i really wanted a bulking cycle but in the back of my head i really want to lose some bf to

    way to go homeboy! 8lbs already? you're gaining nicely. keep up the hard work! and btw, you have the perfect starting body for AAS. your shoulders are gonna explode, i can tell already. i'm guessing you're a mesomorph.
