meh not a huge deal, hcg has really short half life and works better when taken daily near the end of cycle

end of week 1:
got a bad cold, been sick the past few days. didn't slack off on diet or training. last two workouts been feeling a bit stronger and pumps are way better despite headache and runny nose. squat didn't change (day 3), bench didn't change (day 5), pendlay row 205x5 (10lb pr)(day 7), weight 199 (up 1)
no noticable sides, can't really feel anything besides the cold right now, taking 12.5mg aromasin eod

Diet could use a ton of work. Eating like that will sure make you gain but it won't be lean. Your already at 15% bf which is fairly high to begin with.

mid week 3:
haven't felt the libido hit yet, no real strength gains either.
traps shoulders look bigger, pump/energy are up, bw up to 205, arms up to 16.7
