    1st cycle 500mg Test E for 10 weeks
    aromasin on cycle
    hcg 500iu/day for 10 days after last pin
    nolva clomid for 4 weeks after hcg

    before stats:
    5'9 198 14-15%
    chest 43.5
    arms 16.4
    quads 27
    waist 34
    bench 235
    squat 350
    deadlift 400

    goals:
    220 13%
    bench 315
    squat 450
    deadlift 500

    gonna eat as much as I can and lift as heavy as I can, 2lbs of meat + protein shakes + pizza + rice + pasta and whatever else I can get

    Also you should run HCG throughout cycle! Stop the marble nuts nom sayin?

    You need to head to the diet section bro, cause you will not see a huge weight gain and 1% drop in body fat eating like this.

    meh not a huge deal, hcg has really short half life and works better when taken daily near the end of cycle

    end of week 1:
    got a bad cold, been sick the past few days. didn't slack off on diet or training. last two workouts been feeling a bit stronger and pumps are way better despite headache and runny nose. squat didn't change (day 3), bench didn't change (day 5), pendlay row 205x5 (10lb pr)(day 7), weight 199 (up 1)

    no noticable sides, can't really feel anything besides the cold right now, taking 12.5mg aromasin eod

    Diet could use a ton of work. Eating like that will sure make you gain but it won't be lean. Your already at 15% bf which is fairly high to begin with.

    mid week 3:

    haven't felt the libido hit yet, no real strength gains either.
    traps shoulders look bigger, pump/energy are up, bw up to 205, arms up to 16.7
