    Slept like hammered dog sh!t last night. Might have gotten a grand total of 2 hrs sleep. Just had too many things I was thinking about I guess. Needless to say I didn't do fasted morning cardio. However once about 09:30 hit I felt great remainder of the day. Diet was both good and tasty today had lots of lean steak. Cardio was performed post weights and was 1 ht treadmill. Pin went real smooth today no issues pinned right delt 200mg T400.

    Sleep was much improved from last night. Injection site was a little more sore than normal. Today was cheat day, I only bumped up my clean carbs and ate some fried chicken. I was so looking forward to the cheat day and then it gets here and I didn't have a huge desire to smash like normal. I suspect this to change in the up coming weeks though. Cardio was performed after weights (1 hour stationary bike)This upcoming week I'll be going back to my normal split:

    Sleep was good quality last night as well. Cardio was faster cardio (1 hr brisk walk with my great Dane). Diet was on point......until my buddy had a crawfish boil that I had forgot about. I didn't blow it too bad though. Took in prolly 250g of protein though lol, but like I said I didn't take full advantage of my cheat day yesterday. Sex drive has got to be from the test. Some older lady with her tits half out at the gas station asking me to help open her gas can got me all tore up (actually my wife ended up tore up).

    Sleep was good last night. Today was a 100% off day. No cardio or weights. I did walk my dog but we went at his pace (slow). After doing a lot more digging I started armidex today at .25 EOD (wished all ARR's products had this flavor). Note I didn't have anything flair up that caused me to start taking it but I guess you could say Swifto convinced me on one of his threads. 200mg of T400 to be administered tomorrow (right quad). Weekly stats update to be posted tomorrow.

    Sleep was good quality last night. Can't feel anything any different as of right now based on the AI. Cardio was fasted cardio 45 min elliptical. Diet was spot on today perfect timing and all. Pinned 200mg T400 in right quad. It was smooth. Quads usually result in the most soreness for me so I'll let ya know.

    Well that is a caliper reading and I'm accustomed to a water displa***ent. I carry fat in unique places that I think the calipers miss from time to time. But yes I'm happy so far, test really hasn't kicked in yet so not much more than just diet right now.

    Yeah I definately notice less water retention when I use an a.i. from day 1, I will never cycle without one again

    Sleep was GREAT last night. Cardio was fasted (1 hr brisk walk with my great Dane). Injection site isn't sore at all which is weird for quads with me?? I took another .25mg adex today. Worked in the burning ass heat all day ( sweated like I had already started the clen ). Diet was slightly heavy on fruit but I did so bc of working out in the heat.

    Winny is a DHT and dosnt aromatize so I wouldnt worry about adding it, in estrogen related terms that is

    Your running .25mg eod now correct?

    I would keep it at that unless you feel the need to increase, i.e. sensitive/itchy nipples, excessive water retention, reduction in libido etc

    Thanks. Yea I'm not worried as far as estrogen levels go with Winnie. I'm just wanting to make sure I know what my body is telling me.

    Sleep was good last night. Diet sucked today. Didn't take in near enough food. Just literally couldn't get food to go down. I had to chug egg whites just to get my calories in. Have a pin scheduled for tomorrow 200mg T400 left quad and .25 mg arimidex . Cardio was performed after weights today (45min treadmill)

    Legs: (my hip flexors were tight as hell today and I couldnt get them to loosen up so I skipped heavy quad movements.)

    A buddy of mine's little brother took his own life today. I did do my pin of 200mg T400 and take my adex but other than that I'm consoling my good friend today.

    Thanks. My buddy and I played ball together from 12 years old to 21 years old so we have lots of history. He doesnt live the lifestyle but luckily all his friends do so instead of drinking beers for memories we been eating and drinking shakes. It is a sad thing though, his brother was 18 and was signed for a full scholarship to vandy and a projected 1st round draft pick outta high school too. All over a girl man.

    Got some okay sleep last night. Injection site is not sore at all. Cardio was fasted (1hr brisk walk with my great Dane). Funeral was today just worked on eating as perfect as possible today. Didn't do any weights. Will resume tomorrow with a shoulder/bis/tris day and just focus in on really stimulating the muscle fibers with different angle movements.

    Sleep was great last night. Woke up feeling perfect once I popped my neck. Today would normally be a 100% off day but since the events of this week forced me off my schedule somewhat I did cardio today. It was fasted and was 1 hour brisk walk with my great Dane. For it to have been Easter diet was good. I had 1 Reese's and 2 deviled eggs. All of which my family knows I love so I couldn't be too rude. Have a pin coming tomorrow 200mg T400 and scheduled to take .25mg adex. Weekly stat update to come tomorrow. This is last week of only T400 then I start the Winnie,clen ,T3 so the stats should start making some drastic changes pretty quick.

I was gonna cut out another 100 cals a day starting next week but with adding in clen ,T3,& winny I think that will be good to not do another reduction right now. Also started clen (20mcg) T3(50mcg) and at bedtime I will take 1 mg keto. Felt strange most of the day don't know if it's from T3 or just me? Waking temp 98.8. Don't know if it was due to the cheat day or the clen /T3 or a combo of the 2 will monitor that next week. Diet was okay today, had to take in a burger at one meal mainly just so I would eat. Got in a good HIIT session today as well. Pinned 50mg whinny in right glute today no issues. Also took 120mcg clen, 100mcg T3, & .25mg adex.

    State of mind is fine minus the concern for my daughters surgery tomorrow (tubes going in her ears) and my well being is good except I haven't stopped having the morning clen headaches yet, typically those would have already stopped for me. & also I've been taking in mostly egg whites for my protein my stomach isn't as solid as normal. The taurine has fought off the cramps really well too.

    Sleep was good last night. Waking temp 99.8. Pinned 50mg whinny right quad no issues. Also took 120mcg clen & 100mcg T3. Took the clen in 2 doses so shakes were well controlled today. Diet was good. 100% off day today with training.

    Sleep was good but short last night due to my daughters surgery this morning. Waking temp I honestly forgot to measure with the different routine this morning. Diet was okay took in a shake while at the hospital. Pinned 200mg T400 and 50mg whinny in left pec today (yes that's a new spot) surprisingly very easy! Quite possibly my favorite spot. Also took 120mcg clen , 125mcg T3, .25mg adex. Split the clen up in 2 doses. Cardio was done post weights (1hr brisk walk with my great Dane)

    Well sleep was okay last night. Woke up half sick and quickly turned into full blown sickness. I still took in everything 120mcg clen 125mcg T3 and 50mg whinny. Pinned in left delt. Diet was basically none existent due to throwing it all back up. No workout today no cardio.

    Sleep was okay but a lot of it. I ate whatever didn't hurt my stomach today. Only threw up once. Took my 120mcg clen 125mcg T3 .25mg adex and 50mg whinny pinned in left glute. Did a stimulation workout today with light cardio just to keep it going.
