    DMZ1 Cycle results

I just completed a six week cycle of DMZ1. I took three tabs a day spaced them out evenly throughout the day. My beginning weight was 172 @ 11.5% BF. I now weigh 185 pounds @ 12.65% BF. I am 42 years old and have not used any gear in over 15 years. My diet consisted of my BMR x a moderate activity factor plus an additional 500 calories. This put me at abou 3200 calories a day. I divided my calories into a 30 50 20 format but it morphed into a 40 40 20 halfway through. My workout consisted of a four day split with cardio done twice a week. My only complaint about the DMZ was that my cardio became increasingly difficult to perform as the weeks went on. My PCT will consist of liquid Nov @ 40 40 20 20.

Have been off for eleven days. Taking my L nov ( actually will modify it to a three week Pct 40/30/20) and have not experienced any weight loss. I keep my calories consistent five days a week and the weekends I will stray a little. I did get some inflamation in my shoulders that really bothered me. I have been taking an anti-inflamatory for that and have backed the weight off about 10% which has done the trick. Total cycle time with Pct will be nine weeks, at that point I will take eight weeks off before starting a test-c cycle. All and all I think the Dmz was a great jumping off point. It allowed me to get my diet and training for size back on track at an affordable price. Can't wait to start the test-C!
