Protein should be at least 1.5 to 2.0 times your lean body mass. If you weigh 215 and your BF is 14% then your lean body mass is approx. 185 lbs. 185 x 1.5 = 277 and 185 x 2.0 + 370 grams of protein. Just my two cents.

thanks for the input guys. i forgot to add that 1 was running tbol 60 mg daily for 30 days from three weeks into the cycle. i have since dropped the tbol and lost about 7 lbs of water. hopefully my strength is still there.
also, i miss typed the carbs on the original post. should be more like 150-180 grams daily. i log my food ed and it comes out to around 2200 cals

anything less than 2200 I'm afraid it will mess up my metabolism. even though i eat around 3000 to 3500 cals one day a week.
has anyone ever cut with test that would care to share some info, such as how much more lean they were after they came off?

well bro you have to experiment then if your caloric deficit is insufficient then as fireguy said its time to make a change diet wise rather than expect the test to "shred" you...steroids arnt magic...it will/may take longer than the time frame you where expecting...good luck...

ok the pounds are coming off now and im around 207 in the morning. ive got the calories to around 2200, added more cardio pwo three times a week on top of what i was doing previously and i upped my test dose to 700 mg a week.
i cant see a difference in definition still. whats going on?

I can't add much but if you are on cycle gaining weight and not gaining fat I'd say that great less fat to deal with after cycle imo. Also dropping your calorie count another 1000 cals for a week isn't going to hurt your metabolism. I think you could do that for a week and jump back up for a week or two and back down. That might give you that little extra cut your looking for without starving yourself for to long

Why don't you post up your daily diet with macros for each meal.
You original post is confusing 2000-2400 cals per day but you state you get screwed up below 2200cals? And you missed out the tbol?
Why did you decide 12 weeks?NO SOURCES GIVEN

im 4 days in on pct (last pin was friday may 4) and im 205 lbs and leaner than ive ever been.
guess it was all water retention cause im getting leaner every single day.
knew my diet was good. thanks for all the advice guys!!
oh and even though i was cutting "on" where should my cals be in pct? so far the answers ive got was maintenance cals in pct so thats what im doing.
