    newbe

    Hello everyone!

    I'm new to this all but very interested and eager to learn. I 34yrs old 5'9, & sit at 180.
    I workout 5-6 days a week. I start at 218lb this past March and with a decent diet and a lot of gym time I'm now at 180lb but I think i'm ready for the next step. I've done a lot of reading but still not sure where to start for my first cycle cause there's so may options. I want to bulk then cut any suggestions.
    Workout
    Mon- chest & tri
    Tue- biceps and legs
    Wen - shoulders and back
    Thru -start all over
    Sun- off day

    You really need more time in the gym before cycling. You can still achieve plenty so research diets and training protocols for further growth.

    I agree with marcus. Spend a lot more time in the gym. Heck, it took me over a year just to figure out everything I was doing wrong. It will be better for you to wait and understand how your body grows and reacts to lifting.

    I agree with ^^. More time in gym. You need a better training split. I would head to lifting section and start asking some questions. Legs are your entire lower body, give them their own day.
