First Cycle Of Test-E all opinions and help appreciated
So,
I have thought long and hard about going on a cycle, finally took the plunge and got myself some Test-e as this seems to suit my goals and will also let me see how my body will react to gear.
Currently taking 500mg a week and going to run for 12 weeks. Any advice on PCT would be greatly appreciated.
I have trained 4 days a week for the past 3 or 4 years. I also box 2-3 times a week which will encompass all of my cardio. (Mainly HITT training and circuits)
I cut down from 87kg last november to 69kg in feb and have gradually built up to around 79kg just now. Stats just now are as follows:
27
5"9
79kg
bodyfat uncertain around 14%?
My goal is to add some lean muscle, but keep it usable as possible in order to maintain boxing/mma.
Ive attached some pictures as this is week one of my 12 week course. Hope to put on some good gains.

Pull your damn shorts up.
Pictures taken the same day? the second picture seems a tad leaner. I think you might be just under 14. Somewhat similar to my torso, Im at 13.66. Hard to tell without seeing the wheels.

Yeah the pictures were on the same day, just look slightly leaner somehow.
Hope to cut down to around 10 percent by the end of the cycle.

Good luck for ur first cycle. Im planning my first test e cycle too. Looking to start in a few days once i got all the gears! Have subscribed ur thread, rmb to post some pics!

Bicep day and man are my arms burning!
Dumbell curls - 22kg 3set 10rep burnout 14kg 15 reps
Ez Bar curls - 25kg 3 set 10rep
arnold press - 22kg 3 set 10 rep
incline hammer curls - 15kg 3 set 10 rep
Overhead Cable curls 15kg 3 set 10 rep
21s to finish
Abs
Crunches 3 - 30
weighted crunches 30kg - 3-30
ball crunches - 3 - 20
I need to hit my abs most days as they take an age to come on, so try do get a half hour working them every time I hit the gym. Biceps are always one one my favorite groups to train so i tend to hit them as hard as possible. Ill be keeping this routine up for the duration of my cycle with weight increases when I feel I'm able.
Will be at the gym monday ,tuesday, thursday friday boxing wednesday and one day at the weekend with sunday as a rest day.
Cycle days: wed and sunday
Really need to watch my Diet I have nowhere near the nutritional experience of some of the members on here but I try my best;
10am Banana and porridge for breakfast
12pm protein shake
1 pm 200 grams chicken and rice
4pm snack on 100g of chicken
5:30pm workout
post workout shake
chicken and rice again for dinner
evening meal 3 poached eggs, 2 slice of wholemeal seeded bread.
I'll try and update my workout logs to keep a track on strength increase and gains.

It'll be good to weigh yourself daily so u can keep track of your progress and keep us motivated! Seems like a great clean diet to me btw
