    Exclamation My first cycle results & my next cycle ideas....

    Hey everyone. So I just finished a cycle in Aug - and I am planning another one March - (in a different post I have it listed as January - Ive decided to wait until March for job reasons)


    My stats at the cycle start were:
    Height: 6'2
    Weight 255lbs
    BF%: Around 27%

    Calorie intake through out was 6 days a week - between 1700 and 1900 - very strict! And day 7 - 2500 Calories, apprx.

    My cycle was:
    Week 1-14 B12 injection, 1000 MCG ED
    Week 1-18 HCG , 500 2 twice wekly
    week 1-14 HGH 3IUS twice DAILY (5on/2off)
    Week 1-4 Anavar 40mgs ED
    Week 3-13 Test E 250, twice weekly
    Week 8-14 Anavar 60mgs ED
    Week 6 - 18 Armidex .25 EOD


    And I take a mix of Tudca and Liv 52 - on and off cycle normally...



    My stats at the end of the cycle on Aug 15th were:
    Still 6'2
    Weight: 233 (during the first 3 weeks I went all the way down to 220 - but my cardio was insane)
    BF: 21%

    In Sep. My blood work showed I was nearly fully bounced back.

    and as of right now- my weight is 238
    and on Oct 1, my BF was 17%



    So - while Im sure some agree about me not taking Clomid and some dont - I chose not to but I did have it and nolvo on hand. I just didnt need it. This time around I dont plan on usung it but again - I have it. So thats my stats so far -- and ill post next soon in a few momnths!

    Heres what I plan to do..
    For those that know me ....Im on a long road -- to fix years of BODY ABUSE. In the first winter I went from 351 to 290 (no AAS at all - natural) Last winter went from 290 to 220 (Var & Test helped) - then put on some muscle and went back to 240, altho this last month I put on some BF --- just being lazy while on vacation. And now - Its time to plan for the LAST PHASE! March - July, 22 weeks) My goal is to hit 210 - and thats where I want to stay ....So - starting March 1st - here is my WHOLE ROUTINE (some parts include AAS some dont) You can comment or not - im really doing this post just to guide myself,...like talking to myself while I drive - it jst helps! lol

    Calorie Intake will remain at 1800 throughout....(on average)

    Week 1 - 12 HGH, 5ius ED
    Week 12 - 22 HGH, 8ius ED
    Week 1 - 22 Rasberry Ketones, 1000 twice daily
    Week 1 - 22 CLA (Dose TBA)
    Week 1 - 22 B12 Injections , 1000 MCG ED
    Week 10 - 14 Anavar , 40mgs ED
    Week 12 - 22 TEST E, 250 twice weekly
    Week 18 - 22 Anavar, 60mgs ED
    Week 12 - 26 Armidex .25 ED
    Week 12 - 26 HCG , 1000mcgs twice weekly
    Week 1 - 30 Tudca, 500mgs ED

    Sorry - it wasnt my first cycle...just my first time posting about it on this forum part. sorry for any confusion...lol

    Have u tried green tea extract ? Im taking 4 pills daily and it really helps to burn fat...

    Pain is weakness leaving the body!

    Yea Green Tea works, Rasberry ketones, Kudzu ROot....all work for fat burning...
