Test C 10 week cycle. Week 1 and 6 pics. Critique?
Week 1
190 lbs
Week 6
215 lbs
I'll have to admit- I'm too excited to cut. What are your guys thoughts on the 6 week progress?

Is this real life. U were not ready at all to cycle. 25+% bf at 190? Jeez. It looks like u decided to start lifting and did steroids first thing

he did obviously...at least in a serious way(lifting), which really sux becuase when he stops his cycle he will look even fatter

Hey bro, it might be a good idea at this point of your cycle to start to cut. Once you are off cycle, you are going to be in for a wake-up call.

No lighting or angles was going to help your pre cycle physique. And if you've been lifting years, you've been doing it wrong. Use this site and its resources. Get to the nutrition forum and find a better workout plan

Somewhat harsh replies here...
Scotty, please come hang out with us in the nutrition forum. Let's see if we can shed those extra pounds. We've all been there, a few diet tweaks can go a long way....
If you choose to continue to cycle, please be sure to get your bloodwork done, controlling estrogen is crucial, especially with some extra BF.

Hey Buster Brown, do you have any recommendations for starting to cut on cycle? I have never heard that considered a good idea, however I would be interested. And to the nutrition comments- through this cycle I learned a lot about correcting my nutrition, my diet revolves around chicken breast, oatmeal, and egg whites. I'm starting to incorporate canned tuna and brown rice too for some new flavors.
