    New cycle log

    1 week into my fourth cycle. Running 500 mg/ wk of test e and deca . Pinning every Monday / Thursday. I am on leave for the next 60 days so all I'm doing is making a sh#t load of good food and eating it and training.

    1: 5/6 eggs, 3 pieces turkey bacon, almonds, blueberries wheat toast or oats

    PWO shake: 50 grams protein and carbs 8 grams creatine

    2: homemade chili / low sodium with lots of ground turkey

    3: salad with vinaigrette and two boneless pork chops and risotto

    4: sirloin steak and some veggies

    5: 3 cans tuna with onions/ celery light mayo and celery stalks with natural peanut butter

    This is generally how I'm eating every day give or take. I mix in sweet potatoes and other good carbs and may eat more than this if I feel like I need to. Put on some love handles overseas so not eating more carbs than I have to till they are gone. Getting in a run three times a week in the evenings for 20/ 30 mins

    Supplements: protein/ creatine/ fish oil/ multi vitamin/ zma before bed

    Comments and suggestions would be appreciated
