    sus250 + Proviron

    Hey guys,

    Well, I have finished my first cycle.

    I was fluctuating at 72-73kg 15% bodyfat.

    I had planned on a 10 week cycle but must've pinned a little more than I meant too and ended up running out of sus250 on week 8.5. 250mg (1cc) twice a week.
    I took 50mg of Proviron every day for the 10 weeks.
    For my PCT I ran Clomid 105/52.5/24.5/24.5 and Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 (the clomid is funny numbered because of the mg/mL that it came in, basically 3cc/1.5cc/0.7cc/0.7cc).
    I ate (in my view) too much as I didn't lose any fat during my cycle.

    At the peak of my cycle I weighted 82kg and kept a 15% bodyfat.
    After my PCT (started 18 days after my last pin) I ran 2 weeks of Clen and cut out the pure carbs I was supplementing. Then I had a shit load of stress come into my life which made my appetite go to shit, eating would just make me sick, it was horrible, my weight plummeted. I stopped taking the Clen because of the anxiety I was copping from my shit. I am now weighing a steady 73.5kg but my bf has dropped to about 10%. I have held onto quite a bit of definition.

    My nuts reappeared about two weeks into my PCT (the testicular atrophy was quite unsettling, lol).

    Basically I gained 1.5 - 2kgs muscle, lost about 5% fat.
    It could've been better but I'm still pretty happy with the result.

    I'm thinking about cycling again next year with test prop/deca /hcg .

    What was your diet like, and why did you only maintain roughly 5lbs after pct?
