Age 43 and thinking about starting a cycle

Thinking about starting a cycle of Test E. I posted this before and the members here suggested I lowered my bodyfat. WEll I have busted my ass and below is he results this far. Went from 253lbs down to 214lbs. I have already done all neccessary blood work. Any thoughts, critiques, constructive criticism not negativity. ThanksClick image for larger version.

I am absolutely impressed. Quite the transformation! Sure bet you feel so much better now! Search up "beginners cycles" by Mickeyknox and go from there. Follow the advice given in it for a test only cycle. Have everything in hand ahead of time and take care of business. Remember, nutrition and training are key here. Nothing happens without them being on point. That said, maybe visit the nutrition forum as well and give them your goals with this cycle and I'd bet they will map out a nutritional strategy for you that can really help! Then, visit "Marcus's Diary" which is in the lounge and read up on some modern training principals that can help.

Again, great work bigg! Be sure to post up some pics during and after your cycle. Interested in seeing your progress. Don't waste it! Make it work.
