Hi guys,
I just my first cycle ever with first 8 weeks of tren , mast .5 cc each every week and add oral winny in last 4 weeks of a 12 week total cycle.
I am 23, 245lbs, 6.2, 28% body fat. Diet is strict, and 5 days of crossfire level 2 workout. Any suggestions?

Welcome Hacker.
First, congrats on the weight loss. It's a big accomplishment. Best advice would be to keep losing a bit more BF first before you cycle. Maybe down to around 15% or so. Less issues that way when cycling. Also, who is advising you to run that cycle? It can't be a friend! Any first cycle should be test only. Never Tren on a first cycle. Not even a second or third. You'll get great results on test only. Leave the orals alone here.
You need to make sure you have everything in hand before you cycle including ancillaries and complete pct. HCG should be run during cycle as well as an AI to control estrogen. You should also have some current "before" blood work to know what your levels are to see how you recover from pct.
Keep doing what you're doing and losing BF and in the meantime self-educate here. Be patient and when the time is right you'll be ready. If you rush it you'll just waste your money.

Thank you very much for the info, really really appreciate it. It's actually my new trainer who recommended this cycle. I had hit a plateau at 250 and just asked him if something would speed up the weight loss and toning. I didn't buy them from him, so I thought he has no gain from it and he obviously is jacked and trains a lot of people, so I didn't research much.
I did my first shot last week, should I stop or continue. I also have test and deca that someone else recommended, but not sure, little confused here.
I did do my bloodwork before starting and everything was in perfect range.
Now, I am a little nervous, please advise, much appreciated!!!

My next shot is supposed to be tomorrow, I won't do it. I am not looking for shortcuts. I workout very hard and strict on diet with one cheat meal once a week. Just needed a little extra boost to bring the motivation up. I do care about my health and don't want any crazy side effect that I will have to pay for in future.
I was also told my bone density is very high which make me weigh more, I don't care about all that stuff, just need the right guidance from experience and educated individuals.
Really appreciate the replies so far! Wish I could do something in return for your honest and humble replies!!!

Great Post! Just read through, will need some time to digest all the info and compare and calculate with my diet and workouts. I will post questions/feedback later.
I think I have enough NO's to stop my cycle immediately and condition/improve my diet and workouts. Once I get in the 15-16% BF range, I will inquire about cycles.

I came here a few years ago looking for info on starting an AAS cycle as well, ended up reading threads like this and so I headed to the Nutrition section instead. SO glad i did. Smart move hacker.

I rarely suggest stopping a cycle to someone either determined to start or already have started.
But, in your case bro it really is the best way to go.
I posted this on another member's thread, but it applies to you just the same. Hit a cut along with cardio or whatnot. Then when you get into a semi manageable Bf% start a low dose test only run & take the cut even lower. Since the test will retain your already on hand LBM on a damn near starvation diet.
