Help please really bad spots first cycle :(
I'm 24, I'm rather slim 6,0 11st and find it really hard to maintain my weight. So I thought of hitting the sus and dec to gain and then come off with and hopefully keep most gains.
But I have lost all gains and just been left with a back full of spots that really hurt and make me
self conscious....
Any ideas on how to get rid of them?..
And If I do my research for next time and do another course, will I get spots this bad again?...

Depends. What did you use for estrogen and prolactin? You lost everything because you don't eat enough. Steroids won't help with that. Go to the nutrition section and get a diet plan down

To be totally honest I don't have a clue.. Lol. I didn't do any research, just stupidly listened to a friend..
If I do my research where is the best place to start as a beginner?.. As I do want another course but I need to find out what's best to take and avoid these darn spots coming back!

Did you run a pct? How long ago was your cycle?
Some people do get acne coming off cycle but getting your natural hormone production back in balance should sort it quickly.

No pct... My so called mate said I didn't need to do 1 as it was my first course!.. Could that be why I have broken out in spots?..

well, chances are you came off the sus and deca at the same time, deca has a longer halflife so it would've been smart to come off the deca a week or two before the sus because in that time you had no exogenous test, just deca which could've played hell with your libido and mood etc and also inhibited your recovery. Deca is also a nandrolone which means it stimulates the prolactin receptor which can cause estrogenic sideeffects.
Right now im guessing you have pretty much 0 testosterone exogenous or endogenous, thus 0 DHT or E2 and probably elevated prolactin from the deca, atrophied testes not capable of producing much testosterone and an inhibited LH signal. Its not really any wonder you've broken out and lost your gains!
The good news is that you probably haven't done any permanent damage to yourself and will recover eventually, however, it might be a painful process because HPTA recovery is a lot slower and longer when you dont use a PCT to get your testosterone production going again, especially when deca is involved iirc.
My advice to you would be to get hold of:
5000iu HCG (only if your balls feel small)
nolvadex & clomid
some kind of anti-prolactin like caber
then run a standard 4week pct using these, there should be a guide to PCT somewhere on these forums but basically:
1) Run the HCG for a week at 250-500iu eod, this will wake your balls up and get them producing testosterone again as it acts as an exogenous LH signal
2) Drop the HCG after that week and begin your nolvadex and clomid. These are selective estrogen antagonists and will block the negative feedback of estrogen on your HPTA, speeding up the increase in release of your own LH and thus your own testosterone again. usual doses are 40mg ed for a week on nolva then 20mg ed for 3 weeks and 50mg ed for clomid.
3) ive never run caber because ive never used a nandrolone but basically it will just get your prolactin back in check if it has gotten out of whack.
4) dont listen to your idiot friends again, do your own research and cycle smart in future.
