first cycle with GH (bulking)
hey d00ds..i'm fairly experienced with AAS, have ran many cycles in the past but have been blast/cruising for over a year now..my last competition was about 4 months ago and have just been maintaining on 300mg test cyp a week since then. However, due to cancer running in the fam i have always abstained from gh (also cost) but i finally decided to take the plunge as i want to switch from men's physique to BB in 2014. this is the first time i've bulked since 2011, my calories will be clean 6 days a week with a cheat day on mondays (not meal, day..sorry, we got a time frame here, but will hit my protein requirements) i upped my test to 500mg this week and will be next week and the weight is already starting to shoot up, i had originally planned to run 16 weeks of 1500mg test by itself but was talked into gh + test. I'm going to start hgh weeks 1-4 at 2iu everyday, and after that either stick to 2iu daily, or possibly 3iu ed (maybe 5 on 2 off ). The main reason i am interested in the gh is the ability the maintain a lower bodyfat while adding cals, as i am very endomorphic and can gain fat extremely easy. I have redued cardio from 5 days a week to 3. my cycle will start at 10 weeks 750mg sustanon , 2iu hgh ed, i will be lifting very heavy and be eating 7 meals. my food breakdown is as follows (carb is dry weights, meat weight is cooked weight, mondays will usually have a big cheat breakfast/dinner)
meal 1. 2 cups egg whites, .75 cup oats, 1 tablespoon PB
meal 2. 2 slices ezekiel bread, 6 ounces chicken
meal 3. 2 scoops whey isolate, .75 cup oats
meal 4. 10 ounces sweet potato, 6 ounces chicken
meal 5. 2 cups kale/spinach mix, 6 ounces chicken
Meal 6. PWO 2 scoops whey isolate (1 hour later right before meal 7 i will have 2 ounces almonds)
