I'm going to be running Sus 500/wk and Winny 200/wk. I want to shoot the Sus on Mondays and Thursdays; I am having trouble deciding which day I should shoot the Winny. I am 23, 5'10" 225lbs with 8% BF. My first cycle was Omna 250/week and Dbol 35/week.
