    1st Test-E run progress

    Started my first Test-E cycle at 207#. First pin, December 27. Currently 5-1/2 weeks into cycle and weighed in at 224# this morning. That's a 17# gain thus far. I feel slightly bloated around the midsection from the increase in calories overall on cycle but really nothing outrageous like I am becoming a huge fat sausage or anything. Strength is going up, so that is good and to be honest I have noticed slightly more vascularity in a few spots like my biceps, arms, and legs. I'm not sure if that is a product of the blood-thickening properties of test or the fact that I may be losing some bf while on cycle. This is my first cycle, so it is all new to me.

    One thing I have noticed, especially in the recent couple weeks is that I can train like a complete mad man in the gym with a crap load of volume but my tall lanky (6'5") frame likes to complain at the joints, so it has been a balancing act for me. (actually, it always has been for me even natty) This last week I actually had to take a 3-day rest because my shoulders told me to, but I came back feeling great and got on the scale at the gym and had a holy crap moment. I think I packed on a good 6# in just those 3 days from resting and eating. It was a productive mini-vacation in my eyes and I think the test might be just starting to really kick in full effect now.

    Just a little background, I started weightlifting back in February 2011. I was NEVER physically active up until that point and after dealing with acid reflux every day and feeling like crap and binge drinking on the weekends, I decided it was time to make a change forever.

    Any input is greatly appreciated if you feel the need to add something. Constructive criticism is especially welcomed because I am no pro and am totally open to learning! I am 6'5" and body fat I would guess is around 15%+ currently.

    By the way, the sides are pretty much non-existent at this point. No gyno, no acne, and my boys seem like they are still in existence. Perhaps this may worsen, but for now all is well. I have Aromasin handy but have not been taking it very much.

    Thanks man! Yessir. All natty up until Dec.27 when I started pinning TestE. The back photo is in November and the stick legs shot was last September. I'll be sure to get some much better pics later on and towards the end of this first cycle for me. I'm excited to say the least. I know there is a lot of hate that is revolved around steroids but to be honest I view it as taking advantage of the already damn hard work I put in.

    Anyone can pin test in their ass just like anyone can swing around 80# dumbbells with bad form and not gain any muscle at all. I prefer quality over quantity and with quality form comes strength gain. With strength gain comes muscle. With muscle comes heavier weight. So it's all progressive but some people like to jump the gun and hop on anabolics their first year and throw around heavy ass joint snapping weight. I on the other hand have waited, got a good routine down and perfected my form. It should all be up from here!

    My biggest challenge. FOOD. I am 6'5" so lets be honest. I have to take in monster calories. That has always been a challenge for me. I have to eat even when I'm not hungry. My first meal of the day when I woke up today was 1500 calories right off the bat. I'm truly convinced that I will never be on stage unless I eat like food will never be around tomorrow. I still have A LOT of mass to gain. If I could get to 280# at 10% I should be a freaking monster. All in time.... I have very lofty goals and I am giving 110% to achieve them. I will be on stage one day. I'm going to make it happen.
