LOG: Clen and Test Prop
Just a quick intro and then I will get into the meat of this. I am 30. Played football in college and worked out most of my life. Post college I got fat. Played at 280 (it was a good 280) then got up to 320 (BAD 320) and then dropped the weight. So here I sit, 6 foot 221 about 13% body fat. So have been working out religiously the last 3 years. My diet is tight...think of it as paleo but with dairy (whey and greek yogurt) and brown rice. I don't avoid gluten due to illness, I just bloat off it and feel better without it in my body. I don't drink much, sleep plenty and am pretty stress free. Right now I am just working down to my summer weight so I am eating 2500 cals a day, doing 5/3/1, HIIT every workout, and a 3 mile run on one rest day. I weigh everything I eat and my macros are 225 protein, 75 fat, and round the rest out with carbs or more fat depending on the day. I have done a TON of research and here is what the game plan is and what I have on hand.
I have test prop, nolva, letro, HCG , clen , and Arimidex . I have enough for two cycles already (made sure I have everything on hand) . So I will be running 500 of test prop for 8 weeks. I have HCG for the last four and novla for PCT. I have the letro and arimidex on hand for sides. Will run low dose arimidex the whole cycle E3D. I will be pinning EOD (don't mind needles and like the control). I think that about covers it. So to the log part. Started Clen today. Will not start the Test until July 6th as I will be traveling a lot between now and then and don't feel like dealing with it.
So Clen day one. Took 20 mcg right after my press workout. Just been very jittery....and warm. Will bump up to 40 tomorrow...then 60....so on until 100. Run it for two weeks.

Sleep fine last night. Little jittery early...wore off and took a little nap. Slept fine last night. Did legs today and took 40 mcg after my cardio. Been 1.5 hours since I took it and my left bicep is twitching away...jittery again but I like it. Resting heart rate is 90. Normal is 59. Took it on an empty stomach....not hungry at all (doing IF) normally by this time I am ready to tear the kitchen up.
Drank a ton of water yesterday...woke up 1.2 pounds less then yesterday AM.

Took 40 mcg at 6 right when I woke up and another 20 at 730. Woke up at 220, down .8 pounds from yesterday. Still jittery, putting dishes in the dishwasher was a little hard....but feel good....

So...the day I took 80....was sweaty....hot jittery.... Hard to do any paperwork and type....so bumped down the 60 the next couple of days. Running that for the rest of the cycle, perhaps will bump if I feel the sides start to drop and 60. Down to 218.2. Abs are more visible....

Back to back 80 mcg days. Sides are better now. Will bump to 100 mcg tomorrow. Weight has stabilized.

Ran 100 mcg yesterday. Sides are much much better. Only doing 80 today as I am going to taper down. Overall loss is 4.5 pounds.
On another note, I have woke up almost every night drenched in sweat. That is really the only other side I have noticed.

Finished my Clen a few days ago...meh 4 or 5 pounds down in two weeks. It works...kind of miss the shakes. Anyways...due to a long vacation I will be taking next year....in order to be done with my second cycle in time...I have to start my first cycle today. So...pinned 120 of test prop into my left delt and went to the gym. Arm is a little sore...the shot didn't hurt. Pulled with a 21g and pinned with a 25. I will put up weight and pics tomorrow. Eating about 2750 calories right now...going to slowly jump to 3250. I have been cutting for a long time and don't want to blow up....go cow status. But my diet is clean I eat organic as much as possible. The only processed food my body sees is whey and greek yogurt. My macros today were 2775 Calories P:252 F:75 C:276.

Slight pip in my delt. Feels like when I played football...someone put a helmet into my shoulder. BUT....from the angle I did it...I have trigger points in my back and it set one off when I did it so I have been rolling around on a lacrosse ball. Anywho...hit the gym today and did legs...decent workout. Obviously nothing new yet. Just have been reading on more on preventing sides. Scored some Propecia just in case. Tried to take some pics today but none of the full body ones came out. I'll have the ol lady take some for me and put them up. That is all for now =)

Just put another 120 into my right quad. This one is...a little sore right away. Nothing else really going on. I head to the gym Sunday (I do 5/3/1 Sunday Monday Wednesday Thursday). Will updated Sunday after the gym unless something happens between now and then.

So decide to go to the gym this morning. Most of the time I go 2 on one off until I feel I need the break. Then it is 2 on 2 off.
Felt very strong and had a great pump. Motivation high. But....I AM BLOATED. I was 218....got home from work and was 235...cow status. I did eat gluten and some salty foods the last two days so that has a lot to do with it. Chugged a ton of water and woke up at 226 after a nice marathon pee. Face looks fatter. Going to start adex soon if it does not go away. For now just going to take some expel and drop as much sodium as I can... Nips and skin are good. Tomorrow...legs...

Woke up this morning and clocked in at 225. 7 pounds over my normal weight. Diet has been spot on the last few days, lotsa water and low sodium and took some Xpel yesterday. Thus the bloat is 100% due to Test Prop. Also my skin is a little oily and when i looked in the mirror this AM my nipples looked different. Not really puffy but different. I was going to hold off on the Adex but just took .25 and will take that EOD and up if needed. Pinned into my right delt, aspirated, no blood then after I took the needle out a little really dark blood came out and i noticed a small amount in the barrel. I guess that is normal. Mood is a little odd. No interest in sex and got a little emotional when I heard a song I really liked while at the gym (damn country music gets me all the time). So...again with the Adex. On a workout not I have some pip in my right thigh and it took me a minute to get my squats good and deep. Seated calf raises were rough and back hypers.....did one set and said screw this. Strength was great, legs are not near as vasicular due to bloat. Besides that all is good....going to play a little Madden then off to work for a bit.

Well sex drive is up....feeling more dominate and edgy. Got a little acne starting right below my hairline. Also have this weird itchy red bump on my tricep about 3 inches from where I pinned my delt 2 days ago. Developed last night, feels more like a bug bite then anything.
As far what I have taken, took another .25 of adex last night before bed and put 120 into my left delt this morning before I did my press workout. I set my TM pretty low with 5/3/1 and my last set was 155 for 5...ended with 8. Did 170 for 5 and 185 for 1. I take very short rest periods so...felt good. All my assistance work was spot on. Now just relaxing...enjoying a day off.

Today was my deadlift day today. On my 5 set, pulled it 8 times. I normally do first set last with 5/3/1 but due to my bad back I don't with deadlift. Did hack squats, leg press, calf raises, abs, and pushed the sled on a rubber floor which is a nightmare.
Mood was decent. Took my till my last set to really get my head into it. Then I blew up...was shaking and crushed the rest of my workout. I had to slow myself down, I could easily overtrain.
Another thing I noticed; Normally three days after my last leg workout I am pretty sore. When I woke up, I knew my legs we sore but it was just different. It was not the normal DOMS but I could tell they were tired but they still functioned at 100% or whatever that is now.
I shot my left delt for the second time yesterday, PIP is less then second shot.
Ance on my head has reduced a little. Also my hair stopped falling out and I am a little less bloated. I assume it is due to the Adex. Weight was 228 when I got up this morning.
Overall feeling good though at the one week mark. Just ate a huge goat cheese and veggie egg scramble...now sitting on my deck listening to the Herd....waiting for the rain...good ol PNW...

Pinned into my right VG. Forgot to flick out the air...so when I went to check for blood, there was a big air bubble. Pulled out, switched tips, got air out. Pin when good. I often wondered what that big bulgy muscle thing on my side was....now I know...great place to shoot gear.
Feel pretty good today, some PIP in my left delt, mood is good, acne is the same if not better and, I have noticed that I am quicker to make decisions lately.
My legs should feel like death right now but...they don't I had very heavy leg day yesterday and just a slight ache. Normally it would be blinding pain. Taking two days off from the gym to make sure I don't overtrain.Last edited by finaddict91; 06-27-2014 at 11:40 AM. Reason: spelling

Second off day. Thought about going to the gym but not feeling great. Joints are a little sore and mood seems off. Going to back the Adex from .25 ED to EOD. The pip from my VG shot yesterday is pretty bad as is the left delt shot. Seems everytime I shoot my delts I develop an itchy lump on my tricep three days later. I researched it and I guess it is no big deal. Will pin my right delt tomorrow AM and do my bench day. Hope all is well out there.

Thank you, I'll try and get a few up today.
Had a hard time sleeping last night. Crummy day at work and just felt off. Pinned 120 in my right delt. Gym was...ok. Joints still sore but my headache was gone. Strength was good, motivation low. Since I started Adex my bloat has dropped a bit and my hair stopped falling out. Holding off on the Propecia as that is my nuclear options. My body is dealing with enough right now.
Hmmm what else...ditched the younger girl I was seeing...I find now that people are immature or....stupid...I just don't have time for. I always felt this way but now I just act on it, much more assertive....on that note..playing on Tinder way...way...to much. =)

Did legs today. Strength was great. Hit all my numbers and then some. Aggression and intensity seems to be a little low. The initial I am on the gear rush has worn off....so has pinning EOD.
One thing I have noticed, the second day after my injection, in the afternoon the spot I pinned will swell a little and turn red. By the next morning it is fine.
Only thing am taking is .25 of Adex. Have been pinning 120 EOD going to bump to 140. Sides have really backed off. Bloat is way down, acne almost gone, and hair holding tight. Sadly the only photos I have from the start are the day after my first pinned when I puffed up like the Staypuff Man but I'll through those up. I'll see if I have some from when I was a bit leaner also. Weight this morning was 231. I was 218 before I started. My intake before cycle was 2500 on off days and 2750 on training days (roughly). Now it is 3000 and 3500 so that might explain some gain also. At 2500 and 2750 I was cutting. As long as I am gaining weight I will stay at these levels.
Also I have everything I have taken and where it was pinned on a spread sheet. I'll post that at the end if anyone is interested.

Put 130 into my left thigh. Injection felt odd. I Went very very slow but it almost felt like the oil was dripping down the side of my leg. Also I switched labs (I ordered two cycles worth of stuff and just wanted to try out a different vial) so we will see if I noticed a difference.
I keep having an odd reaction from my VG shot four days ago. Last night it was red, swollen and a little warm. I marked the area last night to see if it spreads. Work up and the redness is gone, really no pain, but still a little warm with no fever. Most likely nothing to worry about.
Still having really bad night sweats. Woke up last night just drench. I got out of bed and I was sleeping on my back with my legs slightly spread and you could see a perfect outline....so put a towel down and fell back asleep.

What up people?
So left thigh, slight pip from yesterday. It seems the 48 hour mark is the worst. The lump in my left arm below the injection site is going down. Sides have really steady, no night sweats last night...but I did sleep on top of the covers so that might have done it. Strength is amazing, my lats are getting huge. Just looking in the mirror at the gym...its a little obvious that something has changed in the last two weeks....I went on a blind date last night and had to switch shirts a few times...I don't want to walk around and everyone be like "That dudes on gear" so I wore an XL shirt.... I can notice a big difference just looking in the mirror. I am still eating around maintenance and have lost fat and gained muscle. I was cutting for so long I did not want to bump calories too much and get all fatty. So I think I can add some more. I have been doing 3000 on off days and 3500 gym days. I will jump to 3250 and 3750. I'm heading to my home town (have not been back in a long long time) so I had to mail some gear ahead of time..made it already so g2g. Besides that...not a ton going on...
Only thing I took today was .25 of Adex.

Eh not much to report. Same old....strength still ticketing up..look good feel good. Put 130 in my right thigh.
The one notable thing, I found out why I was having some odd reactions. 1 not deep enough and 2, shooting to fast. That is all.

Good morning everyone. Just took a lovely red eye and am relaxing in DTW waiting for my connection. Anywho... Yesterday afternoon the nips got a little itchy. Going to bump my Adex to .25 every 36 hours. See if that heads things off at the pass. Besides that can't report on too much as I only slept 2 or 3 hours on the plane and I feel off from that.

Diet sucked the last 36 hours. Being home...eating...drinking too much...ect...ect...
Put 130 into my left delt. Was kinda hungover when I did it, pin went well, bled a little, guessing my blood was a tad thin.
If I could give any advice to someone new at this, when you pin, shoot deep and SLOW. Seems to make all the difference. I have 3ML barrels and I have been going half a line, stop and take a breath, half a line and repeat. Slow and steady with a good pace.
Oh and doing Adex .25 every 36 hours seems to be my sweet spot. That is all for now, I have my 5/3/1 bench day tomorrow, will report when I get back. Oh and happy 4th! =)

Woke up feeling....not great. Two days of crap food, beer, and poor sleep caught up to me a little. And on my right middle finger, last joint, it hurt like hell (Better now). Drug my self out of bed....drove to the gym....paid for my day pass....sigh....no motivation. Laid down on the bench and warmed up with the bar...bar felt...really light. Finished my warm up sets and felt better. Then murdered my working sets. 205 x5 240 x3 270x6 295x1 315 x1 and 345x1 and I stopped. The 345 went real easy too but not going to do anything stupid and tear something. All my assistance work was spot on. Evening bloated and with a crap diet I looked huge and vascular. I LOVE GEAR....

Brought just enough gear so no need to send anything back. Feeling great, joint pain is gone, nips feel good. .25 of Adex every 36 hours seems to be perfect. Off day tomorrow no needles or weights. Will report if anything comes up...otherwise be back Tuesday.

Put 140 into my left thigh....instant pip... oddly sore. Also my left delt that I shot 6 days ago is a little sore but my right that I shot 2 days ago...nothing. Nipples have some itch...also my testicles shrink a little while I sleep.
As for as mood...not much to report. I do have random sexual urges but my sex drive isn't any different. I have been having violent dreams, some in a sexual nature. In one it was against me in the other I was the aggressor.
I have gained about 20 pounds. My abs have a little more fat over them. My back and shoulders are huge...I put on a Tshirt that was semi tight before. Now it looks like it is painted on.
I have put about 35 pounds on all my core lifts. Tomorrow is my 5/3/1 deadlift day. I'm not going to go all out on that...bad back and all.
Lastly...just looking at myself in the mirror...I can tell something has changed. One of my buddies came up to me while I was home... "So...when did you start eating skittles" I just laughed....

That shot in my left thigh sucks.... ALMOST kept me from deadlifting. But sucked it up and pushed through...now sitting on the floor on my living room just spent. Didn't have a great workout. Weights felt a little heavy and my back is sore. Think I need to start sleeping more. AAS + becoming single + Tinder = staying out late way way too many nights...but on that note I need to shower...time to go play.

Woke up and felt like I was hit by a truck. Deadlifts just ruin me the next day. Also that shot I took in my left thigh two days ago is extremly sore. The second I shot that one I knew it was going to be a rough one, but I got a heat wrap on it and took some Advil so that should speed things up.
I put 140 into my right thigh and I don't feel a thing. Besides that not much to note...woke up at 238 today, I was 245 when I came back from my vacation, diet back in line and good to go.

Up at 242 this morning. Drank a fair amount of beer...new girl...first day blah blah... Today was my bench day 5/5/5(TM set at 315) . 185x5 215x5 240x10 275x5 300x5 315x1 335x1 355x1. Three weeks ago....I MAYBE could get 315 on fresh arms.
For anyone who says PEDs does not give you much of an advantage...complete crap. In three weeks I have put on a years worth of strength.
As far as sides... i'm leveled off. No acne, nipples are good, hair....might be falling out or I am just paranoid. I do have to sleep on the covers otherwise I sweat like a rented mule.
Tomorrow I pin and do legs, will report back.

Off day today, no pinning no lifting. One thing I will note, I have added Proviron at 25 MG a day and switched my Adex to .25 EOD rather then every 36 hours. Sex drive is up and I look a little more pumped. That is all.

Not a ton to go over. Put 140 in my right delt. Very hungry all the time. Just got on the scale...248.... I don't look fatter at all. I'm much more vascular. Only bummer thing I finished two vials and am at 1820...so perhaps my measurements are off or the vials are underweight. I ran two different labs (half of one bottle then switched) so I don't know who the culprit is.
Strength is still going up. That is about it, I know this is getting a little dry. I might just start updating if anything interesting happens.

Finished my spread sheet. This is my entire cycle laid out all the way to PCT. Jabbed my left quad today...good pin no pip. No gym today...so just enjoying the weather (Sorry if the formatting sucks See attachment)

Small amount of pip in left thigh. Today was my 3x3x3 day of bench for 5/3/1. Did 200x3 225x3 255x6 275x3 300x3 315x3 200x5 200x5 200x5 200x5 Normally I will hit big singles after my joker sets...but no need to push it too hard, big singles can cause tears.
Then jumped over to incline. 185x5 225x5 255x5 275x2
Heads were turned today. Mind you a I go to a 24 type huge commercial gym in a techy area in the PNW so not a lot of big dudes around.
Oddly I woke up pretty flat looking today and still don't look huge and was a little sore. Besides that nothing new.

Put 150 into my right thigh. No pain or PIP yet.
Did legs today. 215x3 245x3 275x6 315x3 345x1 365x1 385x1 405x1 215x5 215x5 215x5 215x5 and these are DEEP ATG squats. 5 weeks ago I was struggling with 315...
Woke up looking flat again, I am curious if the vial I just cracked was under dosed, did two injections with it...so switch labs and will see what happens. It also might be I have added some fat and am just looking less vascular.
Lastly my mood is a little off....

Only thing of note...my jeans don't fit anymore. They are fine on my waist...but apparently the inch and a half I put on my thighs in 5 weeks makes wearing them very uncomfortable...

Now that I know what Test does I am doing 10 days of dbol just to see what happens. On day 4 now. Jumped 8 pounds in 2 days. HUGE pumps now. Forearms hurt from them. Other then that everything is holding course. I inclined 315 for the first time in my life today.... shrug....nothing much else to say.

Blah...not much going on. Everything leveled off. Weight is slowly going up. The dbol gave me a little back acne and my left nip is puffier. Only 13 days left...
