dianabol + test E cycle first time user
Hey everybody!
I'm just over three weeks into a twelve week cycle.
Stats
Age: 25
Weight: 210
Bf: ~12-15%
Calories as of right now 3200 a day with a 40-40-20 macro split
Plan on steadily increasing calories as weight goes up. Any advice on diet while on cycle will be greatly appreciated.
Week 1-4: 50mg dbol split into two doses throughout the day
Week 1-12: 250mg test E every three days
Pct is a test stasis taper with 100mg for six to eight weeks then 80, 60, 40, 20.
I have aromisin and nolvadex on hand for any sides (haven't experienced anything but night sweats so far.)
Results as of today I'm up ten pounds since I started and my strength is steadily increasing in the gym.
Bench from 225-240
Squat from 315-335
Deadlift from 400-435 (good form too!)
From everything I have heard I should be experiencing much more from the dbol while the test builds up in my system. Are these results typical or am I doing something wrong???
I don't really feel any different in the gym besides the steady increase in strength.
I would hate to assume that the stuff isn't good quality so I want to make sure I'm not doing anything to hinder results before I blame the gear. Or maybe this is what is supposed to happen lol.
My training split is upper/lower Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. I know about proper lifting and progression, but maybe I'm expecting too much. Are steady gains to be expected or should my strength be shooting through the roof like crazy?
And also when would be a good time to increase calories? I am trying to keep this as lean as possible. Is that a bad idea for this type of cycle??

Hit the upper body this morning and tore it up!
All my lifts felt great and this is probably the first session I noticed an endurance increase along with my strength staying up throughout the session... I like the feeling

Lower body went great. Squats, dead lifts, farmer walks, shrugs, calves, grip work.
Endurance is going up with every session

Bumped calories up to 4000 a day to combat my active job. Anybody know how much somebody should eat above maintenance to maximize gains while not getting too much chub?? At 4000 I'm roughly five hundred over maintenance at the moment. That doesn't seem too high.

Shredded the upper body.
Db military press 60s x 8 x 2 then 50s x 12
Weighted chin up 25x8x2 then body weight by twelve
Bench press 210x8x2 then db incline 65s x 12
BB rows 210x8x2 then DB one arm rows 65x12
DB triceps floor press 45s x 12 x 2 then one arm cable pushdowns 40x12
DB curl 45s x 8 x 2 then one arm cable curls 40x12
All lifts went up five pounds, and I'm hitting upper and lower twice a week each so ideally I will be progressing ten pounds a week. If i can keep this up then i will have put on almost a hundred pounds to my lifts by the end of the cycle. I started well within my strength range so i can really focus on form and i an loving how it feels. I don't know if this can be maintained even with hormone use. 100 pounds on every lift seems very very wishful, but we'll see right?!
Calories have been a clean 4000-4500 a day with 300g protein and around 400g carbs
Been doing some cardio for the heart as well.

Because it takes a bit for the test E to kick in, I have used dbol near the end of the cycle once the test has built up in my system. I had really good strength and size benefits from that.
a buddy of mine has ran it both ways with the dbol at the beginning and end and preferred running it at the end. Just something to maybe think about for the next time around.

Lower body went great again. I think bumping the calories up has helped a lot.
Squats and Romans felt like I took weight off the bar since last time even though I added five pounds. Everything after that was smooth as butter as well.
Squat: 320×8×2 pistol squats: 12 each leg
Roman dead lifts: 265×8×2 glute extensions 100×12 each leg
Farmer walks with 90lb dumbbells
Db shrug: 90s×8×2 bb shrug: 185×20
Standing calf raises on hack squat machine: 495×8×5
Grip work.

Been a week since last update. Hovering around 10-15 pounds above what I started at bodyweight wise. Going to hit the upper body here in about half an hour. I took my last cap of dbol a few days ago. I'm still not convinced it was good dbol so maybe next time I'll try to see if I can get a different source. Test seems to be doing is job though!
I am controling water bloat with aromasin . I am starting to break out as well. Even with the controlled estrogen. I'm thinking that my greasy factory job is a major culprit in that. I don't really want to turn into a pizza lol

Decline bench 225x8x2. Db incline bench 80s x 12
Bb row 225x8x2. 1 arm bb row 80x12
Triceps DB press 60s x 8x2. Tricep push down 55x12
DB curl 60s x8x2 (fail). Cable curl 1 arm 55x12
Standing calf raises BWx25x4

Up twenty pounds since the first pin. I'm really enjoying the feeling of fullness I am having now. No serious sides yet. Acne isn't much worse than it normally is for a person who works a dirty sweaty job. Blood pressure feels a bit high, but I'll be getting blood work soon to check. Strength gains are still on the rise. I dead lifted 475 with beautiful form...That's 25 pounds over my previous ugly max so i was pretty stoked about that.
This morning is upper body so I can't wait to get out of work.
