    Test/Eq/HGH/Winstrol Log

    Making a log for this upcoming cycle. Wanted to do this right so I hired a coach. He won amateur mr Olympia (don't want to give year or name). He layed out my diet, gear, and workouts. Will be running 250mg test e eod, 200mg eq eod, 4iu hgh ed, 50mg winstrol ed. My goal is to enter my first bodybuilding competition at the end of next year and have around 20 lbs added muscle and be around 5% bf on comp day. Gear and diet will
    change throughout the year depending on progress.

    Stats:

    Weight - 225.8
    Height - 5'8
    Bf% - 14-15 (not sure)
    Age - 30
    Biceps - 18.5
    Waist - 34.5 (around belly button)
    Forearms - 14.5
    Thighs - 26.5
    Calves - 16.5

    Also forgot to add that I lift 6am and 6pm everyday and only take a off day when my body tells me to. Cardio 4x a week 30 minute sessions.
