Looking for some Help/Guidance....
OK. New guy here!
Pretty simple. I am 5o years old, 5'8" and 227 pounds! What the heck happened? As you can imagine, I am sluggish, tired, and such. I do travel for work from time to time. I enjoy going to the gym during the day, but I do better if I have somebody to workout with and a plan. So... As I looked at my physic and didn't like what I saw, I know I need to get serious. I need to lose most of my weight around my stomach.
I went through the site, and was impressed with what I was seeing. My problem... What the heck to do and start with. I simply want to get young again.. ha! But don't we all. I do not want to do injections, so pills are fine. I am interested in Clen and PGH. But started to see a bunch about stacks.
Can somebody provide any suggestions? I know there isn't a magic pill that changes you over night. I cannot be a gym rat and spend hours in the gym. I can do about an hour to an hour and a half five or six times a day.

anything else? Are they supposed to be taken together?
If there is a better place to post this, please let me know.

1.5 hours is plenty per day if you are going 5-6 days a week.
Clen is garbage.
I dont know anything about pgh.
Im assuming ig you're tired and sluggish its because your nutrition is shit. Getting some blood work might be a first step. your workout out should consist of 45 minutes to an hour with 30 minutes of cardio at the end. i would even suggest start stretching after each work out for 10 minutes.

I suggest you go to a gym on a regular basis and start a diet ..
Once u ll drop few pounds u ll be more motivated..
U say u feel tired all the time , did u ever have your testosterone tested?

No I have not gotten it tested. I figured maybe the PGH or something to assist. So if Clen is garbage any suggestions? And, I do agree to get my diet in check.
