Bignaths road to ukbff
I guys and girls i see some people do this out of interest or to see their results and maybe gain support so after following mr fq320 and seeing him do him self proud at nabba north east on mon im gonna do a log as im hoping to compete in august ukbff north in leeds.
So for those that dont know i only started the bb training 8 months ago and started out like this au natural

So i started cutting 2-3 weeks ago test cyp mast and winstrol injections with anavar oral on top last night pics Weighed in at 114kg Sent from my iPhone using Forum
Sorry i aint the best at pics but other than change my compounds training wise im doing 5-6 sets of 14-20 reps at slow pace ie 5up 5 down with 30-40 secs rest added 30 mins x trainer at end of weights and also back playing rugby leagueLast edited by bignath4607; 06-02-2015 at 05:09 AM.

Ok mate, tbh, I started my threads with the intention of more help and instruction, but it just didn't turn out like that and I ended up just figuring it out myself, maybe that's where I went wrong.
Just lay it all out bare, let ppl throw there ideas at you, then decide for yourself.
40g of carbs per meal ? Well depends how many meals lol. I liked my carbs at breakfast after fasted cardio and weights. And for evening meal, again after weights and cardio. I carb cycled. 100-150 low days 250-300 high days. I used fitnesspal to track foods and cals.

Ay up Bro, nice to hear from ya, I know it's been hectic for u recently, and a bit of bad luck thrown in, glad your still in, you have time to pull it outta the bag, I was a wreck 8 weeks after getting trashed in Benidorm, 4 solid weeks of macros and training sorted that out, so it proves anything is possible. Good luck man, I suppose I better come along and shout ya name and return the favour ;-). Pics are up from Nabba, made me more determined than ever to succeed in the next one. Diet is hardcore, not starving, but zero sugar.

I think it's one of them mate where u just gotta do it for yourself your own way, learn from it and move on, I learnt shot loads reading about diets and food just to make myself a bit better on day, I wouldn't have done anything different, but now I know, I gotta readjust and crack on

Without the breakdown of numbers and macros it's hard mate, your diet looks good, stick to whole natural foods, zero sugar ( even fruit ), only good fats.
The magic happens when you screw the numbers right down.
Imo 2g per lb Lean body mass is overkill, nobody takes that amount not even pros, 1.5g per lb is on th top side, you only gotta burn the extra calories off anyway.
Here's my diet and calculations for the next comp in 11 week.
DIET CALCULATIONS. My calculations go like this; I want to be 205lb@5% body fat so 205*0.95=195 LBM 195*15cals=2925cals to maintain so to lose 1lb a week less 500 cals from 2925=2425cals daily so at 195lbs i need 1.1g/lb = 240g protein per day; 240 * 4cals =960cals fats 0.3g/Lb = 58g/day = 58*8 = 468cals 960+468=1428 2425-1428=997 977/4=250 carbs per day So totals are calories 2425, protein 240, carbs 240g, fats 58g
Food 2am whey isolate 430am mini shredded whets plain, with egg whites 7am whey isolate 930 mackerel 1230 tuna pepper no dressing 1500 whey and oats 1900 chicken and rice no sauce 2100 unsalted cashews. Totals 2202 cals 243 pro, 200 carbs, 50g fats, 30g sugars ( naturally occurring ), 38g fiber. No juice or pop
