    First cycle report

    Cycle:

    Test P 100mg EOD Weeks 1 -10
    Aromasin 25mg ED to start
    HCG 500IU 2 x per week

    PCT
    Nolva 40/20/20/20
    Clomid 100/50/50/50

    Pre cycle stats

    Weight:82 kg
    BF: 16%
    Testosterone level: 749ng/dl

    Additional supplements: Vitamin D3, B12 and C.

    Like many others, I decided to take the plunge and start on the 'juice' as they say. As a trainer for over 12 years, I think what initially drew me to steroids was the distinct feeling my efforts in the gym were pretty much stalling, so I began looking at methods to reinvigorate my training and lo and behold I arrived at the decision to see where AAS could take me. So after a year of pretty intensive research, namely from this site which provided a wealth of information and knowledge, I found myself one April morning with a syringe full of Test P in my hand about to pin my first shot. It's funny what runs through your head at this point - 'Will I be one of those people that dies from some freak reaction to testosterone?' or 'What if it's some other chemical or compound and not Testosterone - will I grow another arm?'. I persevered and did my first pin and it was pretty much plain sailing from this point, give or take some mild bouts of pip or a knot here and there. I didn't feel any effect for about 2 weeks, but I gained 4lbs within that time, so something was working.

    My diet was on-point and I experienced an increase in my appetite, so I was often eating more than my macros allowed simply to quell my hunger. Sometimes, I felt like I could just eat and eat.

    Observations: At the beginning of the cycle I began having palpitations which I've had before prior to cycling, my heart would be thudding in my chest which such severity, I contemplated jacking the whole thing in, but as quickly as it came, it disappeared after the first two weeks - luckily.

    Increased body hair - chest, shoulders and back.

    Testes shrinkage: Despite taking HCG, albeit starting in the second week, my nuts reduced to the size of mere skittles -a very strange feeling, one I'd like to avoid in the future.

    AI: I crashed my E2 within the first week of the cycle from over zealousness, so I experienced dead dick for a few days, and because of this, thereon I was frugal with my doses which resulted in an E2 level a pregnant woman would have cried over. There was simply no excuse as I was using pharmaceutical Aromasin and was a mistake I've certainly learned from. What I did notice was how fast acting Aromasin was, if I began experiencing high E2 I would administer the drug and within 1/2 an hour I would be feeling better. Testament to the potency of Aromasin? I dunno. Towards the end of my cycle, I suffered from all the sides of high E2 - EXTREME fatigue, tiredness, but funnily enough, no change to my libido - which I'll get onto...

    Libido - What do I say? I was just a drooling sex predator. At first, I wasn't sure how I would handle it, as I'm a dirty bastard with normal test levels at the best of times, but I actually enjoyed it.

    Training: Once I got into the second week, I definitely felt like I was on something. Increased intensity, increased strength and aggression. I certainly felt like I could go on training for hours and hours. My arms BLEW up, which really pleased me as they've been the bane of my training life. Along with my legs, back, glutes and forearms, I saw the most gains in these areas, which I found puzzling, because training naturally I am able to develop a strong, big chest, but I didn't see any further growth from my pecs which indicated any significant difference. I couldn't train my shoulders for any more than 2 exercises without them being crippled with lactic acid - not a nice feeling. I maxed out all my lifts, which I still can't believe.

    PCT - No discernible side effects during this time, including libido. I'm 5 weeks post-PCT and my libido is still rampant. However, I have lost weight - a bit too much, which is partly my own fault as my diet fell off and my training suffered as I just couldn't motivate myself, but still, I'm surprised at how quickly this happened. I'm desperate to get back on it, as I've got just about everything lined up for my 2nd cycle and all in all it was a positive and interesting experience; there is nothing that can compare to seeing visible gains from training your butt off in such a rapid way.

    Sounds good congrats on starting cycles, having done many similar cycles myself, you might want to tweak your PCT when you get there by a bit depending on how you feel and your goals but testes shrinkage as you put it is part of it but can be managed, mine remain rather small now but were not very big to begin with to be honest just something to live with not being very big down there to start with in overall size before all my cycles this subject can be hard for most guys to talk about.
