Below you will see my first cycle and results in the picture. I do BB since 1 year.

I am in cycle last 10 weeks and still 2 weeks left to finish the cycle.

Age: 36
Weight: 87 kg (now)
Height: 176cm.



Duration: 12 weeks

Content of the cycle:
500 mg Test Enanthate per week
500 mg Boldenon per week
6 weeks Dianabol 50 mg

PCT:
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 20/20/20/20




Nutrition:

6 meals + whey protein + kreatin + arginine

I forgot to include some additional info. During cycle I took B12 , milk thistle , zynco and vitamin C.

I had no gyno or other side effects except some acnes on my body during the cycle. I am planning to go to doctor after 3 weeks later than the cycle.

That's a very long cycle, I can see the side effects, In pic 1 you have more hair's, whereas in pic 2 u got bald

Sorry dude but this is becasue of my hair style difference in between 2 pictures and what is the evidence that you say that 12 weeks cycle is too long?

so I think you read a lot of wrong things.

Optimum timing for boldenon cycle is min 12 weeks and I experienced this on my body.

Dont know anyone whos done a 4 week cycle, maybe the fools who do oral only cycles but other than that

12 week cycle is probably one of the most common, every cycle ive done has been 12-16 weeks depending on what ive been using
