    My first cycle

    Hi guys!!

    Well I'm few days into my first cycle.

    Stats:
    Age: 38
    Hight: 175 cm
    Weight: 84.2kg
    BMI: 20

    Gear:
    Test prop - 1ml eod
    Winny - 1ml eod (injectable)
    Ephedrine - 30mg daily weeks 1,2,4,5,7,8, 10,11
    Clenbuterol - 40mg up to 120mg weeks 1,2,3,5,6,7,9,10,11,12

    PTC:
    HCG - 2500iu every 3 days
    Clomid - 50mg every 3 days. 1st week, 100 mg 2nd week.


    Supplements:
    Zink
    Potassium
    Liv52
    Magnesium
    Omega1
    Glucosamine
    Multivitamins
    Protein shakes

    Diet:
    4-5 meals a day consisting of:
    Chicken breast (cooked, steamed)
    Vegetables (steamed)
    Eggs
    Brown rice/quinoa/barley
    Avocados
    Tuna/salmon (steamed)
    Cottage cheese

    Exercise
    Cardio - ed morning
    Weights - eod evening

    Not going to brag to feel any improvement because it's only been a week so nothing to see yet guys. Being patient and committed is what's winning the race.

    Feeling excited and really enjoying it. Surprised that even injections are not painful. Well Winny is a bit but the pain is gone the next day with no PIP etc.

    You should drop the winny and run test only for a first cycle. Drop the thermogenics too. If you are fat fix your diet. Speaking of diet what is your current macro intake and what are your plans going forward?

    No AI?

    Your HCG should be run on cycle not in PCT and you should add nolva to your PCT too.

    What mg is your prop, ml tell us nothing?

    TBH it's a bit of a mess. Read this it explains what you should be doing.

    What is your actual bodyfat %? BMI is relevant to people with more lean tissue than the general public.

    Thanks. Good comment about Winny. Might drop it with the thermogenesis.

    BMI is 15% at the moment

    Macros 40p/30c/20f which I've been for a long time. It works ok so I think I'll stay in it. Don't really want to get massive gains just get more definition.

    Test is 100mg eod
    I was advices to have HCG in PTC but check again. Nolva is a good top

    BMI or bodyfat? As I said BMI is irrelevant in this game.

    What grams of each macro are you eating?

    What are your maintenance calories?

    What is your cardio plan?
