No, I've been working out for a little over 3 years and lifting for about a year and a half now. My right shoulder is my problem shoulder but it's really bothering me lately. Especially today and yesterday. Hurts to take off/put on clothing which has never happened before.

Try be extra careful when working out, making sure that shoulder is thourougly warm before each lift.
And try sleeping on the other side.
Always sleeping on one side really stretches out the supraspinatus muscle,
which is where I had problems last shoulder issue.
A deep tissue massage (a couple actually) made wonders though.
And stay away from flat bench press while it's hurting.
Use decline bench press and incline bench press instead.
(Decline to go heavier, incline to go controlled,
problem with flat bench is that it's easy to get injury lifting off/on, and doing the movement just a tiny bit "wrong" isn't noticed.)
Swimming in heated water can also help if available.
The shoulder joint is close enough to the skin that being cold or wind can affect blood supply to the joint. (There's no direct blood supply to joints though, but for simplicity sake)
Also some stretching as long as it doesn't hurt may help.

Thank you soooo much!!! I am doing chest tonight and will definitely skip flat bench press. Thankfully stretching and hot showers have helped a ton and it feel so much better than yesterday but I feel like it'll be at least a few more days before it feel normal again!

I can't do flat bench anymore due to the shoulder. Incline and decline for me.

Day two without the clen and my energy levels are rising. I kind of don't want to cycle back on in a couple weeks but I know I will because I am not going to waste the money I spent on it. Today is also day teo of my new routine and I feel sore but not drained. I feel so damn good today!!!!

Diet and cardio can replace clen . If you were show prepping clen and t3 have their place. You feel better you can train harder. Tweak your diet. Up your cardio. Leave the clen until you do a show.

You're right!! If I can lose 70lbs without any extras I can definitely lose the rest of the fat without them too. Main focus is building muscle anyways so I think I'm gonna stick with the Var or maybe add Primo and/or HGH to the mix!

You are damn right you can. You know your body and how to diet. Just remember you will need more food to build and maintain the muscle than on a diet. But you're burning more cals.70 lbs? That's awesome. I lost about 40 lbs in 15 weeks. It's a hard commitment. Props KJ. If you can get pharmacy grade hgh run it. You will be amazed with the right dose and time used.

Good evening friends!! I'm feeling and looking more defined and solid. Still have a long way to go but I am happy with my results so far on Var. I will definitely be doing another cycle once this one is complete and once I take a 4-6 week break. I'm hoping I can stock up on Var and get my hands on some HGH during my 4-6 week break so the next cycle has no fear of running out like this one lol you live and learn! Anyways, here is a pic I took today of the arm gains. The muscles are soooo much harder than before the Var and I love that I feel more aware of each muscle in my body. It's crazy!!!!
HAPPY WEEKEND and HAPPY FLEX FRIDAYYY!

I can post anything on my log here, right?
So, I started my period a couple days ago... when I first started Var I had 2 periods in one month which was odd for me since I'm irregular AF. I'm so irregular that I use an app to track my periods. They're anywhere from 28 days to well over 70 days apart. I think the most was 198 days or something like that. Anyways, I'm wayyy more emotional and sensitive than usual. It's crazy. Yesterday I had a melt down I literally cried for over an hour which hasn't happened in the longest time since I'm probably the happiest I've ever been. It was so weird. Anyone else get extra sad during their period on AAS?

Your quads are coming out over the side and knee. And your teardrop is starting to have definition. Nice job.
On your next photo turn one knee out about 45 degrees put all weight on your heal and lift your toes and flex. I think you'll be suprised at the difference in appearance.

I can't believe I'm just seeing this! Don't change a thing! You don't even look like the same person. I liked that you said your goal was Cass Martin, as I always like to hear people be honest about their goals. But to be honest, I figured your goal was far fetched like all of us. After just seeing these progress pics (I've only saw your first post so far), you have a real shot at this! I'm not kidding. You can really accomplish this if you're willing, and I know that you are. Great work!

Nice!
I'll add to Capes advice about turning your leg to show the quads better,
there's also nothing wrong with a larger opening around your neck/chest area.
On a more serious note, (although cleavage is certainly a serious matter),
I hope your emotional state on your cycle-on-cycles is improving.
If it has been that irregular before, have you checked for PCOS?
That usually comes with a host of other symptoms too,
but it varies a great deal.
And really nice job KJ, it's just awesome!

Oh my gosh, thank you so much!!! I'm excited that you said that because I am just so in awe of her physique and how much she can lift! I'm super excited to see how I'm able to change and the whole process of building muscle and trying to get as lean and aesthetic as I can!
Soooo happy I found this forum!!

Great work KJ! Keep it up!

Thank you so much!!!
And yeah, I've looked into it and they just say that stress and anxiety play a big role as well as heavy training and losing weight. I think of myself as one of those little lap dogs who appears to always be nervous/anxious and is easily excitable and think that's a big part of my irregularity. That and being hypersensitive. Dang emotions and caring about everyone and everything
Sooo glad I finally have an outlet to this part of my life though. Most people in my life don't get why I love working out so much and would definitely not understand me taking Var or Clen or any of the other things I am looking into trying for my next cycle. I'm so happy to be part of this place that is so motivating, inspiring and supportive! You rock and everyone here!!
THANK YOU!!!

The end of my first cycle ends in 5 days!!!! So crazy. Today is a rest day and I can't help but think of what my next cycle will consist of. Do I just stick with Var? Do I try pinning? Hgh? Primobolan ? This obsession is a huge passion and I'm conflicted with what I will do and what I am willing to try. It still feels so taboo but also feel so.damn.good!!!

Hormones and women scare me you are very feminine you DO NOT wanna risk changing that esp since primo and var are the most faked hormones out there..you don't wanna end up running d bol or test ..if I was a female I would prob go as far as getting my hormones tested..hgh is a great compound for skin to stay lean it might be something you would enjoy..expensive compared to other compounds but imo worth it..just food for thought ..I would hate to see you get any virilazation..

WOW! I just saw all of this you are doing GREAT! keep up the good work.

Thank you! I'm still trying to decide if I want to run Primo and Var for my next cycle or just stick with Var. I'm excited either way and have 6 weeks to figure it out! My thought is to run Primo for 12-16 weeks and cycle on and off Var in 4 week cycles with the Primo!
I've been so swamped at work and have been missing getting on here but have kept up on my training! I changed it up a bit giving me 2 leg days since they really need work and boy am I feeling it!! Hamstrings and glutes are hurtin from the workout on Monday! So many walking lunges haha but I'm excited to see how they improve with a hamstrings/glutes focused day as well as a quads/calves focused day
Will try to post full body pics soon since I have no idea what bf% I'm at. I'm guessing my bf from online pics which is kind of hard to determine since bodies are so differently shaped lol
Hope you are well!! Thanks for checking in! I need to get more consistent posting since I have an abundance of thoughts and questions lol
