Possibly cycle for adding lean mass
OK so I was going to be doing a competition in Nov but have decided that due to having entirely way too much going on and not enough time or energy to put towards prep and giving it the focus and 110% like I normally do, I have decided to go into what I am calling an improvement season. I don't want to call it off-season cause there is no off-season and that typically means not staying strict on the diet and putting on too much body fat.
With that said, I had ordered Primo for my prep (still waiting on it to arrive) but was wanting to possible add a couple other compounds. I was thinking of adding NPP and EQ. The cycle would go until the end of the year, the length will depend on whenever I start. The dosage I was looking at is the following:
Primo: 20mg/wk
NPP: 10mg e2d
EQ: 50mg/wk

sounds like quite a lot of gear to me tbh,
have you run these compounds before ?
did you fully outgrow your last cycle ?
have you had some time off the gear ?

All the females I work with only take anavar ... they are not pros... but several local NPC Bikini and fitness competitors... That stack will make you virulize somewhat... if you can live with that go for it... side effects should be minimal but a lot depends on personal chemistry as well.... The NPP is probably the most problematic compound you list...

It has been probably about a year and a half since my last cycle and I haven't used these before. My primo did finally arrive today so I may just run that and then run NPP without the EQ. I am waiting on my coach to get back to me about what would be best. She is a pro figure competitor and has used these compounds. I will be keeping the doses low and I have seen on some sites where Primo is ran at 25mg/day and Primo is ran at 50-100mg/week which I was planning 20mg per week and NPP at 10mg/E2D (which depending on the week would vary from 40-60mg).

Good luck Meg, will be following. I am going to run primo 20mg weekly 10mg per shot, I think....with 15 or 10mg of var depending on advice.
I have read of woman doing more primo too, but it freaks me out a little especially for sides. I plan on going a lot longer so slow and steady for me.

I have pinned twice now and so far so good. I am excited to see what happens once its fully in my system and I start to see results from it. For now just running the Primo and will see how my body reacts.

I know some female that like running npp. I know a competitor that's female that runs low dose test p e3d with var at 10 mg Ed

after this cycle of primo, I might try my hands at a cycle of test p only. after my last cycle of var being crap and causing issues with my liver so I am steering away from it. Before I decide on my next cycle though I am going to wait to see what kind of results I can get with just primo.

Right now I am just doing primo. I might do a cycle of EQ later by itself but it would be from an online source

Today was the start of week 3 of Primo and pin #5. I am feeling pretty good about it. I have been sleeping better and the only thing besides that is that middle of last week my throat starting feeling like I was getting a sore throat. Nothing bad, just more annoying than anything.
My weight this morning was 131.8 and my scale said around 19.5% body fat.

Meg what made you do only 20mg a week primo? Are you injecting? How many times a week?
Edit: I saw you are doing 20mg, 10mg a dose right?
I am doing 25mg 2x a week. I am running var a little high and may be cutting that down a little bit.
Any thoughts?

AKD, that was what I was originally planning until my coach told me to do 100mg/wk and nothing else, pinning twice a week in my quads and so far so good! I have now done 8 pins including the one this morning. No real noticeable sides. I am thinking after this 10 week cycle, do a mini cut to see what mass I have added during this cycle and decide if I want to do another cycle to add more mass or get into a prep, but that will also depend on my job and finances.
