2nd blast
Starting weight 98kg
Height : 192 cm
current pics: My TRT transformation , this but leaner now
Cycle:
Test e 500mg/week - 12 weeks , might go 14 , stuff i get is from local pharmacy anyway so i can supply myself anytime i want
Can't get deca so i switched for dbol
Dbol 30mg/day for 4 weeks
Ai- Adex - ill start with 0.25 eod , if dbol wrecks me ill up to 0.5 eod till im done with it
HCG
No pct since i'm on TRT
Plan is to gain some nice quality mass
I'll start with 4200 calories (700 increase) , if i don't gain much fat i'll keep upping it.. 1 cheat meal after back day
Carbs - oats , pasta , potato
Protein - chicken, pork , beef mostly
Fats: olive oil, nuts, almonds , peanuts
Focus is on back width/thickness, core(gonna work abs hard)
So the split will be like this:
Chest: bench press(normal),incline bench, dips, cable flyes + 15 mins core
Back: pull ups (50 wide grip) , bent over row , dumbbell row, normal grip lat pulldowns, pullover
legs: squats , leg press , calves , romanian deadlift ( my legs grow really easy)
delts: seated dumbbell press , behind the neck press , dumbbell side lateral raises , and 4th exercise i can't translate lol + 15 mins core
back again: deadlifts , traps , neutral grip pull ups , t bar row
arms day + core
rest

Time to update a bit , almost finished 2nd week of the cycle
Im a bit bloated , pumps are insane , strength went up , im gonna need to reduce calories by 300 , im already up 8 lbs lol dont wanna get too fat
Edit i actually went with 500mg/a week test instead of 400
Now i noticed something else regarding mental effects of this cycle:
Increased confidence
a bit of paranoia,jealousy on certain moments- probably e2 issues , will draw bloods in a week
I'm less aggressive outside the gym, prettymuch assertive and calm
Currently my new relationship is falling apart a bit , i would probably be way more wrecked/unstable but i feel almost fine
Dbol makes me feel good i guess lol , will see this trough when test kicks in
I'm writing these effects cause it might be interesting to some1 else who had issues with low T at this age and knows how bad it can be

Strength is up , yesterday i managed to row 140kg x 5, before cycle max was 120 x 4
Today i woke up with a fked up stomach , puked everything i ate , i hope it wont last , only thing i managed to eat/drink and not puke is protein shake/water and coca cola which i didnt drink for months but somehow whenever i have stomach issues it comes in handy - that shit is so poisonous i guess it drowns everything in there lol , horrible..
So ill try to scramble 300g of protein in shakes lol and carbs from coke and some other junk i might manage to eat , to at least hit my maintenance , i feel i will wake up good tomorrow ...i know it's horrible choice but i guess it's still better than eating nothing at all.

Im amazed by strength gains , i squatted 200kg 2 days ago, today i made a new PR in deadlift , 225 kg
Dbol is amazing , tomorrow is start of the 4th week, last 7 days of dbol , goodbye sweet prince

Dropped some water weight from dbol , looking much leaner and better!
My personal thoughts on dbol
pros:
- It gives greath strength gains , on 30-40 mg a day , even if gains are water weight u must build some muscle under that water with the strength increase considering it's a 4 week period
- Feeling of well being
cons:
-Liver toxic
- Acne was horrible i had em even on my face but oh well
- now worst one for me was my appetite was somewhat suppressed and i really had to push the food down sometimes , if it was any worse than this , i'd throw it out
Overall conclusion :
If it doesnt suppress your appetite a lot it's good, i'd give it 8/10

Looking bigger every week, ppl starting to notice and comment on my size
Confidence on max , i actually got approached by a really hot chick on friday , and another one on saturday , im gonna go out with the first one lol
It's like my whole life is getting better...gotta be smth with the way more positive attitude
Time to hit some deadlifts and try to set a new PR

Squat 200kg x3 now , i will move to 210kg next week
Deadlift 225 x1 not hard , will try 230kg
now...my bench sucks ass , max i did was 120kg x6 , didn't even try max , maybe i could go 130-135 , we'll see, i just can't seem to gain strength there, my both shoulders hurt as hell when i start benching and get better as i warm up , having really hard time with this..
I'm at 107 kg atm , up 9kg since i started the cycle , decided to go for 14 weeks instead of 12
