I've had clients run gear (VAR, Tbol, Primo etc..) while doing keto. not for a recomp or anything like that. And I must say I see much better results, especially from women, doing carb cycling rather then full on keto.
by going full keto while on AAS , you lose out on a whole host of benefits that the AAS provide. increased glycogen stores, proving more amino acids and nutrients into muscle cells, insulin , better nutrient partitioning etc.. when you go keto you lose those benefits that AAS provide so nicely while on carbs.

If you're doing a drug assisted cut you'll get better results from time restricted eating and carb cycling.
A keto can give great results but I find it has a big impact on my quality of life.
How do you plan on dosing your bar?

I wouldn't go off anything based on a cookie cutter carb cycling "option" you see online.. it really should be dependent on many factors tailored to you and your lifestyle and your training split and eating habits. thats the whole point of the "cycle" , its built around different things, for example you could have your high carb day built into the same day you do your highest glycogen depleting workout, and the day you have your cheat meal. thats just an example .. my point is build it around you and you'll be more likely to adhere to it.
if you want send me a PM and I'll give you my email and do a basic online consult with you and help guide you in the right direction (free of charge if you promise to give me feedback on how its going 5 weeks in

From the women that I've dated and know from the gym who've taken var the consensus seems to be a lower dose over a longer period produces better results with lower side effects.
For the average female 5-10 mg/d for 16+ weeks is ideal.
IMO you'd be better suited taking 10 mg/d for 16 weeks.
Diet is a very difficult subject to advise over the internet.
Due to this you'll have a lot of trial and error in order to find what works best for your body/lifestyle.
I carb cycle almost identical to BIB.
That is keeping fat and protein amounts the same while having three days of 25 g or less of carbs.
Followed by one day of high carbs.
Then three days of medium carbs.
A medium carb day is what I normally eat on a maintenance diet.
A high carb day is roughly 180-190% of a medium carb day.
The thread attached below has some very useful information.
