    First T3/salbutamol/IF cutting cycle results - feedback & BF estimation?

    Hello everybody! After a 3 months cutting (last year) I have some questions (regarding that cut):
    - Do you think it's a good progress? (if there is one )
    - %Fat before and now (after) ?

    I had:
    - a good diet (-500 kcals/day, low carbs)
    - every day HIIT workout (only cardio: 2 x 30 min - with 1 min HIIT, 1 min resting)
    - lost ~10kg (water, fat and muscle)
    - lost ~13cm in waist

    Now:
    - I have some "belly", I think it's the last (and also the hardest) part to cut
    - I want to cut again, before a lean-bulking (maybe a T3 or a ECA stack)

    With your current condition you'd be better off trying to put on muscle. Continuing to cut with a small frame is going to likely result in a lot of muscle loss with a small (if any) amount of fat.

    More muscle is a higher energy expenditure and way better in both short term and long term.

    a calorie deficit, HIIT cardio, and a T3 or ECA stack is the last thing you need.

    you need to do a proper recomp.. don't even think about 'cutting' . just think about the fat you have on your body now as stored calories to be used for future energy for building muscle. you'll get lean by building muscle. not cutting
