SO if u want to get as big as possible just do this one strictly as a bulker.... Take the var out save it for the summer...... Maybe get some A bombs and bulk the **** up.... CUt it down in the summer.....

its my strongest point i think
did deadlift with 315 for 11x no belt just strap today. lower back pump was strong.
im eating near 7000cal and 350gr of prot, **** im tired to go shiiting 4x time a day!!! LOL i dont eat very often but i try to take 5 meal of 90-60gr prot each. but i need to eat a bit cleaner cauz fat is always there.

acne start to pop up everywhere... good sign i think hehe. im very prone to excessive acne in the shoulders/back area. in 5-6 weeks i bet it gonna look horrible again . monday, i will beat the crap out of my bis and legs im so excited to be on the sauce again!!!

did chest today... maxout only 275... only 40lbs from my current goal...
as long as i can do 315 for one solid rep i would be happy. chest is a bit more than 47".
heres my strength update:
squat 315 x10 full squat
deadlfit 315 x11
bench 265 x4 no spot
DB row 130 x12
DB curl 65 8x (a bit cheated )
side flies 35 x10
all exercise have at least an increase of 15%. as for the bench, i can do more reps but max havnt change...

week 3 have come to an end today with bis and legs.
did pretty well on squat, rockin a full 335 9x
but im now weighting 215 a small drop of 3lbs, Mr.Nolvadex is finally doin is job

ohh btw a big thanks to BDTR he made me realize that belt and straps are for weak people. so now deads & squats are done in this way and im suprised actually that i can lift the same weigth no matter if im belted & straped or not.

yeah man your lookin pretty good and about the belts and strap I dont feel safe useing them I feel trapped never have used but one time and thought I hurt myself screw the belts

4 weeks in and im now 219. strenght started to climb. i curl 70lbs DB for 5 reps, press 130lbs DB for 5 reps on bench and deadlift 365lbs 9x.

**** a complete week of ****s... no food, no sleep and no energy... dont know wats goin on last week maybe a virus but i lost 8 lbs!! now im back and feeling better i hope it would not interfere with my mass gain..

back to 216 today was awesome strength is increasing again, surprisingly... did 225lbs 11x on incline, new record. ive started to train tris again doin only cable push down, i dont want to put too much stress on them again. i ****ed up them on my first cycle.. i was too exciting about adding 50lbs on skull crusher! i should see a med for it soon for some check up. oh and my bis are now 16 3/4, adding 1/2 " in 5 weeks sounds ok.

It would be good if u could hit your triceps harder, it would def make your arm measurements bigger, but since u have injured them it sounds like u are doing what's best.

hey quick update! im stuck at 218 ... at least im looking harder and im stronger every week so there is improvements... also im thinking about entering my first powerlifting comp in a couple of month!!! i will compete in the junior class at 200. heres my current #:
deadlift (last week): did 495 no belt with chalk, im heading for 545 belted
squat (yesterday): did 405 without belt but i wasnt parallel to the ground, like 1-2" to be completely level... 425 belted in a couple month seems doable..
bench (yesterday): my bench suck ass so much... did 285 with pause at the bottom, clean form, then try 295 but failed... i couldnt get the weights lower than 3-4" from my chest. have to work on that
total: 1255, i think its not bad for my class

No offense, but if you are eating nearly 7,000 calories a day, which includes only 350 grams of protein a day, then that might be the culprit of the 18% body fat.
Think about it, 350 grams of protein is 1,400 calories, right? That is only 20% of your calories. So, 80% of your calories is coming from either fat or carbs.
You might want to try tilting the balance to about 35% protein.

back into the game!!!!
finally im back into lifting, after a 5 month break (elbow injury) and a knee surgery. its been now 1 month that i lift, hardcore style, 4 days a week. im so fukin happy to be back that i have already buy my 4th cycle!!! i will probably start it before winter, till then i will cut the fat that i gain when i was off, still not bad.im weighting 205 right now. bis r are now 15.75 so ****in small... but im planning on beating the hell outta em

im 6 weeks in a low dose test-e 300mg and 400mg deca cycle right now
weight: 225-230lbs
biceps: 17
chest 49.5
legs: 27.5
bench max 315, will try 325 in 2 week
deads 9x 405
squat 15x 275
bent row 8x 245
my arms still suck but at least theres improvement
