You're scary with that mask on. I would honestly have to say you need to do some cardio and dieting before hitting the gear. You're swollen already, pump some gear into ya and you'll really be bloated. Need to put your time in at the gym first.....it looks like you're attempting a quick fix to get muscles. Just my opinion.

yes mani would recommend heavy cardio and high rep weight training before any gear is used, try to dedicate to that type of hard training and then start the gear after that, for PCT you can also use Nair, it will help show your muscles.

I don't know why perople always recommend high reps, after 12 reps you are not really building any muscle. cardio will help and good diet. that's all you need for now. you are not to far away man, its not like you are a fat ass. 2mnths you otta be carved up.good luck .
Whatcha gonna do......

sorry hulkster but does that mean you never go above 12 reps in the squat, or doing calf raises or forarm work?? Sorry just being picky, i do agree with you for the majority of what you said i just felt youre statement was a little to broad.

Thnx hulkster,I've been hitting the crosscountry machine pretty hard.2mnths huh, well like I said "So it is said so it shall be done",But I'll post some pics after april for you Bro's to critic and if in your opinion you feel I still need more cardio and weights so be it.Once again I value everybodys input and greatly appriciate your honesty.
P.s. Prime & Hulkster you'll play nice ya here or it's quite time lol

No I don't go above 12 reps on any of my major muscle groups, i.e bench, squat, back as a general rule of thumb. Every once in a while I will throw in some supersets and rep the **** out of my last set. I am a believer that cutting deals with diet and cardio not how manay reps you do, form does play a role, othet than that don't think reps matter. little more in depth for ya haha ha ha.
Whatcha gonna do..
