Tell me what you think... week 7 Pictures!
Okay Guys,
I just entered teh 7th week of my 12 week cycle.. Im taking 500mg of Test E a week with 10mg of Nolva a day. The first picture is me before after I went from 255 to 185. The following pictures are me from 190-220(current) Critique me all you want!! I know I need to lose some BF but I decided to bulk first for some reason!!

I'm 21... I have been working out for about a year now.. but I never concentrated on getting larger... mostly just losing weight.. I've always had a problem with it.. I weighed 250 and decided I wanted to change my life and got down to 185 but being 6'4 I realized I needed a larger build... So then I started bulking and about 4 months later I decided to take my first cycle.

well most people would say that you should have waited for another year or two, to try and bulk up some natually, but since you are halfway through it, ill spare you. as long as you are serious about this lifestyle i think you will be ok, just make sure you got your clomid PCT

Definately look much tighter froma the before shots. Good work bro.
Now maybe manipulate ur diet a little more, and ull look even better.

Nice improvements...keep the diet clean and hit the cardio and you should be good to go..

Nice improvement bro. You can get the fat off when you start to cut.
I wish you would have waited a yr or so before hitting gear. I say that because you only have around a yr of training under your belt, it would have been nice to see what you could have done naturally for alittle longer. Anyway, great job and keep up the hard work...it is def showing.

Ya to be honest with ya man,, I have gotten the same results you got ,working out on a bowflex for 5 weeks. And i wasnt useing any gear, id be pounding on those weights a little more if i was U. On the other hand its good to see your starting out slow and i plan to do the same.. Happy Juicing!

Nice work...can definetly see improvement in the DELTS & TRAPS. Don't let your chest and legs lag behind though.

Good work. Only problem is that you were only training for 1 year prior to your usage of AAS. When you come off, even w/impeccable PCT, it's unlikely you'll keep the majority of your gains. Not a flame at you whatsoever my man, just letting you know what to look out for!

Did cardio 45 min a day every other day... along with lifting just about every day except on the weekends.. Can't forget the Ephedra Queen either though

i havent posted in a while and what swole just said is what i go by im 20 and everybody around me juices and has no clue what there doing if u dont have a good history of lifting hard and consistent for a few years i feel juice is point less....just my 2 cents.....never did a cycle and from this board i learned so much to pass kids up on the sauce..........good **** swole

Update
I am in the middle of week #8 now... This morning I weighed 228.5 on an empty stomach.. Yesterday was chest day and also the first time I've ever done 110lb DB"s on my last set of 8.. Strength just seems to keep getting better and better!!! I will get some more pictures up soon.
