Pre- Test prop/Tren cycle pics, 20 years old
20 years old
6'4
249Lbs
16.2% bf
well, im about to start my ED test/tren cycle . lets see if i will be having to get painted green in a few weeks(hulk reference)
where do you guys think i need the most improvement?
Legs, Bi's, or Lats?

Looks like you have a good base to work with. I personally would wait another year or so to run a cycle, 20 is still pretty young.

Things are looking good, especially your shoulders. For things to work on.. I'd say your chest seems a bit behind other parts of your physique. You don't have a lat spread photo, but it seems they could use some work as well. Definitely a good start though!
And holy **** you're gonna be a monster! 6'4 250lbs... ****. I'm a midget.

decide at your age where you want to go with your body, get bigger or lean up. your built is ok, but you need to tighten yout lower stomach area, will make your upper body look even bigger. good base but need to focus on diet more and workout routine before jumping into gear. hope this helps

Dude,
Nice base but I would recommend you just clean up your diet and tighten up overall before you start a cycle. Looks like you are carrying some extra body fat (but that is common for your age...I call it baby fat). Anyway...just be safe and make sure you are ready to do this.

thanks, i was thinkin bigger lats + smaller waist= monster status.
my big problem is i play a college sport that requires me to weigh 280 for season , so in my off time i can "mess around, but its a waist of my time and energy to get down below 12% percent, when im done with football thats when ill attain shredded status.

dude you got a huge frame, I would keep the diet really clean while on cycle and you should be able to put on solid muscle with little fat..

thanks alot, alot of very good useful feedback, obviously "everywhere"needs more muscle, but i dont want to start developing HUGE arms and leave my lasts and inner chest behind. better to start with an even base and go from there

to me, your back and legs strikes me as the points that need the most work, but you could use a little mass all over. I would say to focus on mass building exercises, and just train your back extra intensely. There are a lot of muscles there, so it needs more sets than the rest of your body does.

265, 16.9% . put up 385 bench, thats a 30 lb jump

Lookin good so far. A little young but it sounds like your mind is made up. Back and chest seem a little behind the rest. Also I see nothing in your cycle about PCT. I hope you have a plan and the supplies for that also or you will be hurting. Good luck

I would say stick with the basics, deads, squats, bench, barbell rows and that will help you thicken up a bit.

i feel like im hold quite a bit of water, im one pound away from my goal before i start slimming down with the help of my little IGF-1 producing friend.... Mr Nutropin Depot and a real real clean diet.

I think your looking good overall. The only there to do is fix up your diet a bit and let everything show..U have to melt off that small layer of fat and ull look sick....

I highly doubt you'll maintain all strength if you drop 70 lbs! I don't maintain all strength when I drop 10lbs. 420 at 230 is decent.
300lbs is fvcking huge though. Hell, highest I've ever been is 225, but I'm only 5'7". Good luck with everything, hope it turns out well.
