ok its really doctalittle
I figured if im gonna be postin help for everyone up here i might as well have a few pics of my self up. This is me....im nothing special but im getting there. Keep in mind that this pic is taken ON CYCLE, so i holding quite a bit of water.
Basic stats
5'10
230lbs
arms 17.5
chest is like 43-44 i cant remember...it could be 48 too...lol both of those #'s are stuck in my head
waist is like 37...yeah i know, im cuttin soon
tan is crap as you can see i have red hair in the pic...what little tan i have is from a bottle...thanks coppertone...
The leg pic with the arrows shows my extrememly blown-out leg. the arrows indicate where the scar starts/ends. I got into a lil bit of a motorcycle accident that left me w/ about 1/4 of a quad and a titanium femur/patella. Kinda makes squats and presses tough, but i still do all right.
Anway, be nice....its a work in progess not a finished product.

DoctaBig..or little..You could definitely use a tan , but overall you have a good base to build on..And I can't see where you are wearing a 37 inch waist..I would have guessed 34 at the most..Doc

I agree - for 5'10", you hold 230 pretty well...

i agree, about holding 230 well. I like going to the fair where those people guess your weight...they are always waaaaaayyy off. I dunno why that is with me though
