    cutting pics

    This is me after 8 weeks of cutting from 215 down to about 198...Ill post some back pics later, I just figured out to resize my pics duhh

    waist 29 1/2"
    chest 46"
    arms 16"
    legs 26"

    Looking good, real good. Wish I looked like that at 18. **** I wish I looked like that now. Can you pm me or post your diet? Are you cutting for a comp? Whats your height?

    Im 6'1 and yes I'm 18 lol. I have been lifting seriously for 4 years now and ive made some decent progress but overall this past year was the best...I added 3 inches to my chest/back whoooooooooooooooooooo

    this is my diet as of now:

    am cardio (45 to 60 minutes) 65-75% 6 days a week
    meal 1: 1 can tuna and 2 tabelspoons of nautral peanut butter
    meal 2: 1 can tuna and mustard and olive oil
    meal 3 : 1 1/2 chicken breasts and almonds also spinach salad(spinach and vinegar)
    meal 4:1 1/2 chicken breast with almonds
    workout: pwo gatorade and 10gm glutamine(moneys tight right now so i have no protein for this..sounds dumb but im keepin muscle mass )
    meal 5:1/2 cup brown rice 1 chicjen breast or a can of tuna
    meal 6: 1 chicken breast or lean steak or hard boiled eggs(depends on what is in the house at that time)

    1-2 gallons of water a day
    i upped the fats in my diet and i seem to be leaning out more...idk maybe its just me

    Im still pure but i cant wait to bulk. I am not gettin into contests for maybe a year or so i wanna add some more size before i compete. The reason I am cuttin is because i have never done it and i wanted to see if I had the will power to stick with my program and i guess i did

    I am very honest about me not takin any drugs the only thing i have taken is caffeine pills to help with my energy levels and thats it.My weight has been a yoyo in the past, I was up to 235 a year ago but i still wasnt really fat. Then i decided to cut and i messed everytin up and lost a ton of muscle. Then I found this site about 2 months ago and I have learned a lot about dieting from the ppl on here, and this time i havent lost much muscle mass at all

    ok guys what do u think my bodyfat percentage would be from lookin at that pic.....i have abs but the lighting is bad in that pic. Im gonna post a pic of my abs and back now that i have resized the images

    around 8% would be my guess, maybe a bit lower?

    Is there anyway to tighten loose skin.....i have this real thin layer of skin near my belly button that is buggin me to death...maybe im storin water i dont know. Any help on this would be appreciated :-)

    Its probably just water, if your not going a contest (witch you really should) than its useless to worry about it. Your looking really good, I would say 7% BF tops, your rear delts are wicked!

    Others have told me i should do a competition just for the experience, I just dont feel like Im big enough to compete yet. A guy at the gym that i go to told me there was a couple amateur shows comin up in october and he was wanting to know if i wanted to enter but Im just not sure yet on what I should do, do you guys think I should try it just to see how it is.

    I would say your body fat is around the 8% range. 6% body or under you can see your abs no matter what the lighting is like. I'm pretty familiar with body fat testing because at my gym we have a 5,000 dollar program used by charles poliquin that tests 12 sites (most gyms test 3 sites which is not accurate) to determine your body fat percentage and lean mass.

    i agree bf is around 8% but you look real good. if you dont feel comfortable competing right now then dont do it. you can see who is confident and who isnt on stage!

    ok this me at 235...most of my weight is held in my legs but i have no pics of my legs before...my hair looks like eraser head in one pic LOL

    ****...you did one hell of a job cutting down...I think you definetly have a big future in competing. I would go for it now dude...try out the waters and see if it is something you like. At 18...geez....by 25 you will be one big MoFo. Stay natural for now and as long as you can...you don't need any juice at all.

    looking good, bro you lost like 17 lbs in two months. you could be losing muscle for sure. try to lose 6 lbs a month at most to ensure minimal muscle loss.

    Alright Ill try and do that next time,but i dont think i lost any muscle. From my measurements i have only lost fat around my waist and legs. Everything else didnt change much at all

    yeah, i wouldn't say you looked 235 and to drop more than 35 pounds? that seems strange to me.

    Im 6'1.... i carried a lot of my weight in my legs, thats why people are surprised when i told them i weighed 235 cause they never seen my legs which at the time were 28in but most of that was fat

    You're one hairy bastard for being 18. I'm 22 and don't have half the facial or body hair you have. Looking lean though, that's for sure.
