Updated "bulk" pics.
Hey guys. I know alot of you followed my cutting journal, and just thought I would give you guys and update. I have been bulking for about 7 weeks (although 2 were really maintanance weeks), and have gained around 5 lbs. My arms have grown 1/2", my legs 1", my chest 1/2", and my lats....well I have some now. hehe. Anyways. I was told recently that what I was doing is wrong and will not work, so I just wanted to get your guys opinions on whether or not you think it is working. I will post some comparison pics from cut to bulk. The first pic is during my cut at about 155lbs. now I am 163 in the second pic.

i see big improvements in the shoulders. Even with the 5 lbs gain you have gained minimal fat. Good job keep pumping.

Not sure what you mean. But I think I might just have a symmetry issue, but I do notice that the right one is different. Part of it may be my tan. never get any sun at the bottom of the pecs you know, they always just tan ontop and it leaves a white streak underneath where the sun can't get

Yeah..looks like you have a symetry issue. I have the same problem but as my pecs got bigger and meatier, it seemed to have eased the discrepency some. Work those pecs hard and it will go away some.

Great job bulking.
Looks like you are losing the hourglass shape caused by the love handles and gaining a v-shape.
to tell you the truth these are the first pics minus love handles I have seen.

Clean bulking is the way to go for sure. I never like to straight bulk, i have being fat, even if its alittle bit of fat.

Just another update. I've gained another 5lbs. and just wanted to post a comparison picture. I now weight what I weighed in the 2nd week of m cutting diet (about 170). I feel I have made good progress thus far (since January). Let me know what you think I should prioritize the most. I'm thinking maybe my arms. I am about to start M1T and 4-AD, and may do bi twice a week on weeks 1 & 3, and tris twice a week on weeks 2 & 4. The first pic is now (168lbs) the second was taken while I was cutting (170lbs).

5'8.5. leave it to the short guys to squeeze out the max of their height. did you get measured in socks too to get the extra .25 inches? make sure you dont' get your hair cut before the measurment to get the extra 1/16 of an inch.
your 5'8. probrably 5'7 with no shoes on.

Okie dokie dude, I guess you know my height better than me. I always tell people five foot and a half rather than five nine or five eight. What does it matter anyways? Besides I know alot of people who tell me they're 6'2.5" or 5'11.5".....
