    you don't look bad dude, you have a decent amount of lean mass with not a lot of bodyfat. Good definition too. If you can keep the same bodyfat and add some lbs on you will look real good

    1st cycle

    Thanks guys. I need to hear your comments.
    I am 40 years old. This is my first cycle. I'm actually in the middle of the cycle. I have already gained 25 lbs. so far. I went from 142 to 168. Good, but not good enough. Didn't think to take pictures at the beginning of the cycle. BIG mistake! People who know me say that I actually look a lot bigger in person than in the pictures.

Let's just say my birthday is at the end of the summer and I'll be 41. I'm kinda sensitive about it. I don't want to look good for forty. I just want to look **** GOOD!!!
