Flame away
Whats up guys here it is my disqustingness. I used to lift alot and have lost my motivation so I sending you these so you can let me have it. 6" 212 about god only knows bf I'll take some guesses at that too please. I know no wheel shot thats because I was that upper body bonehead that never worked them I'm lucky they hold me up seriously. Any ways back in the gym by 2 weeks. Insight please flames ok too.

Pic quality is not very good. Try taking a clearer picture so you can be critiqued But from what I can see, not bad at all bro.

only 26 so if I'm lookin old yikes. And don't drink beer but love food. sugar was my drug but switched to equal now. lowered carb intake. Jbig dog I'll check out that site bro.

Hey FFM,
You don't look that bad at all. With some work at the gym and in the kitchen you will look pretty good, very soon.
Off topic, right now I weigh 210 (from 270) and look a lot like you, pretty much same physique. When you were fitter was your chest area flatter (tighter)? I can't seem to get my chest flatter (tighter). You have probably the same bodyfat as me right know (16-18 depending on which method you use).

Not bad at all bro. You already know how you got where you are (aka lost motivation), so set some goals and bang them out. Remember, everybody starts somewhere, and it doesn't matter where. The harder you work, the better the results. Good luck!

hey fattiefireman, you paid firefighter? at my house right after the breakfast dishes are done, is WHATS FOR LUNCH?. and all those fireman discounts at fast food joints dont help either, and then is those people that drop off cookies and cakes, and then theres WE NEED A JUDGE FOR A COOKIE CONTEST days the cons of being a fireman....... you look hard, not fat. good luck

update
here are the photos you asked for though my update isn't one of progress. I fell victim of hurricane chow and gained prob 10-12 pounds since week 5 i got to get back on my wagon and off my as*. Thanks for keepin tabs fellas and please keep on me. You can see my decline from week 5 to week 8 my diet is god awful right now.
