first off you look amazing...so many women would kill to have your body. you look great. in my opinion (bash me if you want to) if you want to compete and win a figure competition you probably need to get down to at least 8-10% bodyfat which is extreamly low for a woman. you look fairly close to that and i dont think it would take long for you to reach that goal. seems like you have a good routine and you are very determined. im just telling you how i feel..take it constuctive critisism. you do look fantastic though...great tri's by the way

You look great! Arms are amazing, beautiful physique. I don't know much about women comps, but you have to be ready (if not, very very close).

Ill give you some constructive critiscism if you want.
I first off think you have a very nice body.... very nice.
now, when being judged for symetry and flowing lines ... you may want to lose some tricep size or gain some shoulder size. I say this because in THAT ONE PIC the tri makes the delt look smaller or the delt makes the tri look bigger... but if you big up your shoulders then you LOSE the feminine look that all men love .. including myself ..see the issue personally I think about fitness models is that they walk on the finest edge between too muscular and or too soft... so getting that exact is a hard task. You will always be better off IMO if you look more feminine.
I think the best thing to do .. is fix the calves up just ABIT .. not much maybe abit more cut or another line type thing .. which can give the illusion of size without size and more so make your legs look more toned (obviously) without looking too muscular and BIG .. which I think will hinder a smaller framed person.
I thought when I first saw that pic that you were about 5 foot 8 or so .. I was shocked when SK said you were shorter.... not that there is anything wrong with that .. its just that when your side by side a taller competitor.. you want your muscle bellies to look longer and lean with nice size and symmetry for your size.
I think your waist is VERY NICE.... very trim... your quads and hams are perfect.. dont touch em... you have nice proportionate breast (which I am sorry to say .. alot of fitness ladies do NOT)
you overall to me look pretty dang good, the last thing I want you to think after reading this post is that I am being negative... obviously you work hard and want to be PERFECT.. well you are near there .. in my eyes.
Good luck and I wish you well on you quest for perfection
and beefcakestew.. you cant even see her lats (not meaning you dont have any BW).. is this some other pic your talking about?

I absolutely take no offense at all from your post.. I honestly apprectiate it..
I'm just going to hit my shoulders good for about 6 weeks to catch up.. I will tell you this .. and it's only because I have worked so hard.. I can't let my arms (triceps) go down at all.. I've worked too hard to get this far... so I'd rather catch up by training my shoulders heavier (which shouldn't take too long..)
I need to find a front pic to so it can give a better idea on what i look like from a frontal stance..

babyweight this has to be the best ive seen u out of the pictures ive seen u post. First i must compliment u on your low BF... you look killer when that lean yet still having your lean mass. Tri's are great and first thing that stuck out to me (which is great since tri's is normally a problem area for women). You wanted the truth so im going to have to say legs are what stuck out to me... they are very shapely, but i think more mass there would complete the package. Most of the women i see at comps... legs tends to be the best feature of them. Granted in figure you dont want massive legs, but IMO that would complete u. Good luck and keep up the good work

What event you thinking of doing? Theres a good local figures comp coming up in Sept.....the Hurricane (isn't that ironic? haha) Classic over in St. Pete. You'd do great, no doubt about it. The one Deke puts on over in Orlando would be perfect for you but I think that ones past already. Deke's event is small but it always has a good turn out and would be prefect to get your feet wet...so to speak. If you get the chance, and you know the four posses you'll need to hit, take pictures and post them up....if you're not sure about which posses to hit let me know and I'll dig up my training partners shots to give you the basics. You are not going to need to do a lot of dieting down, the judges aren't as picky concerning mass/fat ratio....it's all about how well the overall look is.....being cut up a little doesn't hurt and from what I can see in that pic you got it going on now. Do it girl....serious......you have the perfect build. You'll have a blast....and don't worry about the crowd not liking you or booing or anything like that......every one there knows it takes dedication and guts to get on the stage and they respect that. I'll bet you even get a few "OMG" from the crowd. You'll be walking on air after the first round. Holler back if you have questions.......and I know a good coach that cost $ but they'll set you up right.......and from what I can see they'd be thrilled to have you under their banner.

God, woman, you are absolutely perfect as you are!! I usually don't check out women's bodybuilding pix cuz I think they look like guy wannabees but you are 100% woman and couldn't look better, in my humble opinion. (I'm an artist, by the way, if that means anything -aesthetics are my business.) I'm surprised you're not a model rather than a BB competitor.

Yep Juggy,
I was supposed to compete in a couples routine in that September show with a friend of mine, but I chickened out, so he got someone else.
He also mentioned to me that they are including figure at the event..
Thanks for the boost... It always helps.. believe me.. I've been very down lately.
Thanks too for the comments Johnsomebody... lol
I do model too by the way... one of my few hobbies..
Thats why I haven't been around as much lately.

you took my breath away. I used to promote NPC shows, if you want true feedback other than wow, we will need more angles. From the angle this shot was taken from you look great. More calves would be nice based on this picture. Fitness show add a little more muscle right now figure for sure. Not enough muscle for a womans body building show. You have a nice presence and are very pretty...all a plus. Best of luck

Sent you a PM back BW...let me know if you need anything else. And what do mean you've been down......you too good looking to have problems girl. hahahaha
Don't chicken out this time.....I'm telling you you'll do great! It's a nice show and great for a first timer. It's not put together cheaply and the people, both on stage and in the seats, are good people. If someone starts booing (which I've never seen...and trust me there were a couple of guys up there that didn't look like they should have been on stage but they gave a breif history of what they looked like before and they got standing ovations) they'll throw them out....like I said everyone knows what it takes for someone to get up on the stage. The figures competion had plenty of contestants and I know you'll be in the top of the class. DO IT! No excuses....let me know if you'll be in it and I'll bring a nice crowd to cheer for you. Remember...Chest out, straight back, keep the tummy tight, big smile and have a blast.
