info
I've been training for about three years seriously. I'm trying to cut right now so I do cardio about three or four days a week. Althought I think the cardio has made me look extremely flat. I'm 6-2 215lbs

Not a flame, but I would try to build a little more before you cut. Eat & Lift heavy, than cut it up!

You guys think I should eat more to gain mass before I cut up? I'd like to loose some bodyfat for summer and spring break. I've been cutting back on carbs lately to lean up, lots of protein! Then on the weekend I'll anything that doesn't move.

I eat about 200 grams of protein a day and between 200-800 grams of carbs. I try to eat only complex carbs, and I try to stay away from alcohol as much as I can.

Hey bro-I think your diet needs a little bit of work. You are definitely not getting enough protein-which could help explain the muscle flatness. IMO I think you should start packing on the mass before starting to cut down-you have a real solid base there that would look awesome as hell with about 20-30 more pounds on it. But if you do want to cut, I recommend you double your protein intake-especially if you're cutting carbs out. You might want to get a little more precise with your diet. 200-800 grams of carbs a day is quite a fluctuation there. I reccommend staying closer to 200 a day if you're cutting, and closer to the 800 a day if you decide to bulk.

I'm gonna try to eat alot more protein 300-400g and around 200g of carbs a day. I'll let you know how that works for me. Thanks for the advice.

Im with hardcore. If your telling us that your already hitting tha much protein then you dont really need any more unless your using AAS. Hopefully your cardio is not burning muscle, if so run @ 60-70% of your max,. heart rate. I would also suggest that you bulk up a little more, you need to fill out before cutting. If you try to loose more weigth now, you will only look unhealthy. Make shure your eating 6 smalls meals per day with lots of preotein. This will prevent catabolic stages and keep your metabolizime working fast. No flames intended, just think you should revise a few things
