I just noticed that too. Some of them from 01 had the tatoos, then it dissapeared and then came back? Doesn't make any since when you look at it really closely.

The ones wher he doesn't are when the pics are taken in a mirror, making the tatoo appear on the other arm, which he is holding the camera with so you can't see it.
