Pre-cycle critique
So here i am suggestions on what to work on .
I want to gain mass in my legs so im doing legs 2x a week.
My back seems so small , yet it seems to be a strong area for strength somehow....i find it hard to flex also .
anything else? Please dont bash the hair

Hit that chest, hit that back, and hit those calves. Other than that, you got a good base man.
Whats your diet look like, what were you planning on for a cycle?

Just to help you out EAT EAT EAT EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every 2 hours. Thats the key if you don't eat 3500-4500 cals per day you're not going to be hugh. Just a little tip Big Jay

Yeah I would make that cycle just a bit smaller and just do Test E and maybe some Deca . Drop all that other crap. YOu do not need it with the way you look.
Just bulk with TEST and eat alot and you will be amazed.

Id say do a 12 week cycle of test, like 750/week, and add some tren . You did test/deca already, so i dunno if youd get great results with test alone. Look into that, im still thinkin all the gear you want to run is way too much. Cause then if you want to run a 3rd cycle, you are gonna have to run EVEN more than that......

Maybe you guys are right on being a bit much , but those pics are from a few weeks ago , and im already into my second week of this cycle . no turning back now
Why exactly would anyone say its alot out of curiosity . My EQ and Test are beginer doses . Im using the abombs to give me that boost istead of waiting for 7 weeks to see strength/mass results , and olny at 50mgE , if it was prop would the opinions change? .
And some winny at the end to harden me up before i cut....wich will place me nicely into summer .
Anyway this it it....ill post some more pics around mid cycle

I don't have any cycle advice, but as far as critiquing: Your arms are your strong point, and I would focus on chest and calves.

forget drol, lose the winstrol . it s just too much for a second ccle and your stats. not necessary. in Germany we call it "to shoot with canons at sparrows" it s called"to break a butterfly on a wheel" in the States, I guess.
test and eq will be enough for a solid cycle. drol is a ****ty 17aa steroid , for advanced user only. winstrol is just harsh on the system, ****ing your lipid profile, it s 17aa and no good for joints and tendons.

I dont know how varying the effects of drol is , as far as a feel bad substance ....but im telling you i feel great , noticably in a better mood . I felt no mood change at all on my test/deca cycle so its gotta be the drol . And the pumps are unreal....just did legs , ive never been so tight . Yeah,
I agree I just threw some drol in during the middle of my current cycle and now that I have been off it a week....i am not happy...stay away from that crap
