First pics, after cycle
Hey guys-
I have been lurking for a while but am just finishing a cycle and wanted to throw some pics up for comments. I did 10 weeks sust, cyp and deca . I went from 205 to 231.
Stats:
26, 6', 231lbs,35"w, 47"c, 17"a, 28"q, 17"c, ~16-17%bf.
My goals are now to keep as much of the mass as possible and get rid of some bodyfat to about the 10% range.
Any comments would be great, thanks.

Jay-
I think you and I have very similiar builds. I looked very similar to you at that weight. I carry a lot of weight in my legs naturally. The cycle really added mass to my pecs, back, traps and legs. Makes my shoulders and arms actually look small now.
Yeah, I need some sun... Once I get a bit leaner I'll tan. Pointless to do it in the middle of winter.

I'm doing Pheendo's PCT regimine (l-dex, clomid, nolva). I am starting PCT 15days from now, lasting for 30 days.... Unless someone has some better advice to give me.
As far as the tanning... I have no good excuse My skin is really fair and I burn easy so I have to be careful doing any kind of tanning... But, yeah, I'll get in there and at least try not to look so pasty.

Not intended to flame but you could have EASILY done that w/o juice. All you would have needed is a sensible diet. I'll bet my right arm that your diet was sub-par.
I agree with SC on the assumption that it appears you were never on a cycle at all. So if I were you, I'd stay off the sauce for a good year or two and get your diet in check. See what results you get and if you still put on some good mass, keep the juice on hold until you plateau. JMO.

Messy-
Thanks for the comments. I have been lifting for five years. I started out at about 160. I think that probably just the bodyfat issue is why those before pics look better. I think it is hard to get some perspective on the difference in size between the different times. That last pic where it shows the Aug 2003 pic I was at 11% according to the calipers and weighed 185. I could be more than 16% now, haven't used the calipers recently.
Workout is 4 days on 2 off. Shoulders; legs; back/bis; chest/tris.
Not sure how to respond to the "no base" comment. Its like I know I have gotten bigger because my measurements are all bigger, I weigh more, everyone I see says something about how big I am. So, maybe its the pics... These comments def make me motivated to go lift even more though. I dunno why my face looks so fat in the pics. Oh well. A couple of my buddies said I look 10X better in person but that doesn't mean too much in here. hah.

A lot of it looks like it could be bloat from you're gear after seeing the before pics. Some guys have the bloat go right to their face. I would work on maintaining gains through out PCT, and then focus on cutting some of the fat down after.

IMHO...you don't look like you cycled... that being said... best of luck with your cutting

The later pics show a better comparison of your before/after, as well as a better after pic.
In the first pic your head appeared too big for the pic, it took the entire focus of the pic leaving your arms and the rest of you in the background.

Well, judging on the first pics also, if you had a good diet and did put on a good amount of muscle, cut down youll look a lot better. In the first pics you posted, you really, like Swolecat said, hardly look like you cycled. Cut that down, post some pics, and im 100% sure youll look MUCH MUCH better!

Here is some of the diet info:

9am: can of tuna, yogurt
11am: 2tbsp peanut butter, flax seed oil
12:30: salad with chicken or steak
2:30pm: can of tuna
4pm: protein shake mixed with water
WORKOUT
6:30pm: PW shake
8pm: steak or chicken breast, spinach salad, or other veggies
10:30pm: egg protein shake
The daily totals for this were: Protein=428g, carbs= 305g, fats=95g
I have it in Excel if anyone wants to see the exact breakdown.

Swole- I dunno what the deal is with my head, maybe it grew faster than the rest of me (so that's why I can't get tshirts on). hah.
The last pics shows a better before/after because I was 185 in Aug 2003 to 210 in Feb 2004. I don't have any pics of just before I started the cycle at 205. I had leaned down again last summer but didn't take pics at the end.
In any case I will post more pics in a couple months as I lean out.

I can see a size increase . I think he'll look better when he cuts up . Dosent look like you gained a whole lot of lean muscle though .

I'm not sure what the expected outcome of the diet was to be...so i'll assume cutting....

^^^ good advice nark.

I do see the size increase, but in my honest opinion, you could have progressed much further naturally before you cycled.
I bet you could have been 20lbs heavier than you are POST CYCLE before you juiced the first time. Your diet was seriously lacking, and i bet your training/intensity could be tweaked as well!
Either way, congrats!

Narkissos-
Thanks for reviewing the diet. What kind of fat sources are you recommending? Peanut butter, or something else? Or, more flax seed oil? I'm just unclear as to what fat to add. Thanks.
And it looks like you want me to drop all the dairy (milk in the am, and then the yogurt). That is not a problem.
Angelexterminator- aside from the suggestions that Narkissos made, is there something different you suggest for the diet since it is "seriously lacking"?
Thanks...

Dude, you looked better before your cycle. Now you just look like a fat ass, at least before you kinda had some kind of a physique. Did you workout while on your cycle?

To the shake...add 2 tbsp of peanut butter, olive or flax seed oil
To meals.. 1-2 tbsp full fat mayo..1-2 tbsp olive/flax oil
Again..this isn't set in stone.. depends on nutritional/caloric requirements etc.
