You play rugby? Good to see more Americans taking up the sport, alot better than american football, none of the protective padding and rubbish. Ive played casually for a few years, played alot at school too.

Well if you guys grew rugby players as big as they grow them in the NFL, you'd be padded also. I've been to alot of Rugby matches and NFL games and while both are mens sports, they hit harder in the NFL. Just a subjective opinion as I was born a Yank but dads from Wales so I grew up watching both.

Interesting comparison, the pro rugby players are real tough thats for sure, the grid irons guys do seem to look a bit on the over weight and unfit side in comparison to the rugby guys, but I am little ignorant towards the gridiron as i dont get to see as much as i would like to, do enjoy to watch when its on mind you.

Many times you have "big bad-asses" supposedly who lay these big claims they they bench this much, have this percentage of bodyfat, are really big, have huge arms, etc., and you never once get a pic of them.

Yeah...for the record, I'm 300+lbs, bench a million, squat 2x that, am a BJJ master, MMA champion, and strongman du jour...it's difficult to balance all of that, but I manage....
