Not Sure - Proportion
I wasn't really sure where to put this question, but since everyone seems to include their measurements here my best guess was to post here.
Is there any "rule of thumb" when it comes to being proportionate when building your physique?
Eg. Biceps measurement should be about equal to Calves.
In the past when ive worked out my chest tended to grow faster than my arms, so I thought it looked funny until I layed off the chest and let my arms catch up some. Basically, is that how you all do it by looking in the mirror? Or do you let the tape determine what is "right"? Please let me know, i've been curious about this

Yes there is the only thing I can remember is Biceps, calves, and neck are all suppose to be around the same.

Interesting Site Manijak....
Funny how the "ideal" size for biceps never wanders over the 17 inch range on any frame.. WTF? I think 21" guns look cool !
Anyone else have some insight into this?
