Check out the freaking PROGRESSS!!! GRRRRR!!!
Now go easy on me guys
I have been lifting since I was 16 years old. It was steady with the exception of years 18-19 because I really got into cross country and I saw my weight dip down to the 140's. At that point I said I tolf my self its time to get back into bodybuilding shape.
Now I am 5'10" (I have been since 8th grade though) and about 230 pounds. Big change from 5'10" and 140 pounds (Although I have no pictures of this)
Anyways on with the show.
First Picture
16 years old
5'10"
160 pounds
I had been working out for about 5 months at this point, and had 13 inch guns to show for it
2nd picture
19 years old
5'10"
159 pounds (Making a comeback at this point)
3rd picture
19 years old
5'10"
183 pounds (About 5 months later from the previous pics)
4th Picture
21 years old
5'10"
225 pounds(And I still got some abs believe it or not)
That is all for now folks. Feel free to comment or ask any questions.
Oh and for the record my wheels are by far my best bodypart since cross country left me with some real skinny legs, I wanted to make sure I took care of that right away, and that I did. I don't have any good recent shots of them though.Last edited by FATHER FLEX; 03-27-2005 at 04:30 PM.

No cycle experience at all, and probably will never due to the fact that I was born with a murmur, so it would not be a real wise choice in the long run. Thing is I feel like I can grow so so much more without anabolic assitance.
I still need to improve when it comes to my training, eating, and sleeping habits. Once I get those in check, I don't see why I can't make cycye like gains. By age 25 I want to be around 250-260 with my body fat somewhat more in check. I don't see why this can't be possiblem baring somekind of tragedy.
BIG GOALS! But I ain't scared

Good work, especially natural. You have a good attitude about you.
Now clean up your room and get some sheets on those beds!

The standing ovation for the one who grew massive without any use of anabolics. I commend you in the highest regard. Congradulations my friend. Good luck to you
