looks a lot better in the recent pics, we are are the same height, and I'm 268.
Diet is the key, and I think you have time to learn just listen and read. Never be afraid to ask for help.

The scale probably isn't wrong most gyms don't buy "shitty" scales. The scale is measuring your internal body fat as well as the fat that is marbled throughout your muscles (just like beef). I would suggest cutting down the bf and not using so much oil. Other than that you have awsome size and thickness esp. for an 18 year old! Keep up the good work and do some cardio!

Dude, go down below 200lbs if not 190lb and you'll look good, trust me. Don't relate being big to the scale. Look freaky with big defined muscles. Not soft, watered down Michelin Man muscles. That will ruin you and you'll always look soft. I know, I did it for years when I was younger. Me and you are about the same size. I'm 5'10" with a medium frame. I've been up to 235lbs but not very defined. I now fluctuate between 190 and 195lbs but now I'm at 200lb and going up each day due to to tbol. I'm also 36. If I see crappy weight coming on, I now eat cleaner and do more cardio. I couldn't even take my own shirt off over my head due to decreased flexability. I was stupid looking and I cringe when I look at those pics from a few years back.
I know what you mean about the shirts. lol. That's actually my goal now to get down around 190. I've been doing the cardio properly but diet isn't perfect. I guess that will be the key to reaching my new goals as I'm stuck here around 215 right now.

18 yrs old, I'm impressed, keep your diet clean and go natural for a while and you'll be a monster. You have plenty of time to experiment with yourself. Don't be in such a hurry.
