Critique me
Here are a few pics. About to do my first cycle soon been training hardcore for about 3 years. 5'10 around 185 in these pics. I am holding a good amount of fat IMO in these and was on around 4k cals a day.
Please post honest critiques. I know I need to gain a ton of size still.

I would say, judging from the pics, your traps are a weak point.

what are your goals with the upcoming cycle? and what does IT look like?

HCG isn't necessary with that cycle bro.
Looking real good for no cycles, only thing i'd do is work on your back/traps. and maybe a little bit more on chest
nice wheels.

You look symmetrical. Your calves need work from what I can see (they should be the same size as your bi's when both bi's and calves are flexed).
I'd like to see a front double bi pose and a front torso shot (relaxed) in order to give you a more extensive critique as you requested by PM.

looks like you've done some research. I would set the d-bol in the 30-40mg range. I like propionate better but that requires ED or EOD injects.
as for the traps, try holding the weights at the peak of the excersize for about 5-10 seconds each rep. it's killer. you might have to lower the weight. Good luck bro.

Looking good, quads are real strong. Back seperation is good just need some more mass. Stick mostly to rowing excercises. Try upright rows with a narrow grip in addition to the shrugs for your traps. Good luck with the cycle I'm 7 weeks into my first cycle now and am pretty happy with the gains thus far.

You look pretty ripped, but you're pretty weak, kinda early for AAS.

im 5'10 175 and hold a lot more fat then you...lookin good...def good taper but need to work on lats for that "wing like" look and the traps as already said...other then that sick especially quads
